هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات الأكاديمية والتنظيمية التي تواجه طالبات ماجستير التربية الفنية، من حيث الصعوبات التنظيمية التي تواجه الطالبات في مرحلة القبول والتسجيل، والصعوبات الأكاديمية التي تواجه الطالبات عند دراسة المقررات الدراسية والصعوبات التنظيمية والأكاديمية عند إعداد بحوث التخرج، ومن ثم التوصل إلى سبل العلاج للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات من وجهة نظرهن. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، معتمدة على الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، حيث تم تطبيقها على جميع طالبات ماجستير التربية الفنية اللاتي في المستوى الرابع والمسجلات بالفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1430 – 1431 هـ والبالغ عددهن (30) طالبة بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج ميدانية من أهمها أولا: أهم الصعوبات التنظيمية التي تواجه طالبات ماجستير التربية الفنية في مرحلة القبول والتسجيل: عدم وجود برنامج لدكتوراه التربية الفنية، ينقص من حماس الطالبة لإكمال مشوارها العلمي تهميش ماجستير التربية الفنية من قبل الأكثرية يعتبر من اكبر المعوقات سوء توزيع الجدول الدراسي مما ينتج عنه صعوبة التنسيق بين أوقات الطالبة. ثانيا: أهم الصعوبات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طالبات ماجستير التربية الفنية عند دراسة المقررات الدراسية: عدم وجود تخصص في ماجستير التربية الفنية يتيح للطالبة التعمق في دراسة ما تميل إليه. وعد توفر معامل مخصصة ومهيأة بخامات وأدوات المواد العملية. وقلة اهتمام القسم بالصعوبات التي تعترض طالبات الدراسات العليا. ثالثا: أهم الصعوبات التنظيمية والأكاديمية التي تواجه طالبات ماجستير التربية الفنية عند إعداد بحوث التخرج: عدم وجود ضوابط محددة لمحاسبة المشرفين المقصرين في الإشراف وعدم تزويد مكتبات الجامعة بالرسائل العلمية المناقشة في الجامعات الأخرى. وقلة توفر الكتب والدوريات العلمية المتخصصة الحديثة داخل مكتبات الجامعة. واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: إنشاء برنامج لدكتوراه التربية الفنية في أقرب وقت، لتتمكن الطالبات من إكمال مسيرتهن العلمية. وتوفير معامل مخصصة ومهيأة بكافة العدد والأدوات للمواد العلمية، وتوفير معامل للحاسب الآلي والانترنت في مبنى الدراسات العليا وتقديم دورات تدريبية في كيفية إعداد البحث العلمي من قبل عمادة الدراسات العليا مع توزيع دليل لكتابة البحث بجميع خطواته على كل طالبة. وإجراء دراسة مقارنة بين نظام ماجستير التربية الفنية في الجامعات السعودية وبعض الدول المتقدمة.
The study aimed to identify the academic and organizational difficulties that face the female students studying Masters in Art Education. The research studies the difficulties in term of organizational difficulties in Admission and Registration level, academic difficulties in term of studying courses, organizational and academic difficulties in term of preparation of graduate research. After that, the study finds ways of treatment to overcome these difficulties from the point of participant's opinions. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, based on questionnaire as a method for the study, which was applied to all students of the Master of Art Education, who in the fourth grade and enrolled second semester of 1430 - 1431 H of numbers (30) student at the Faculty of Education, King Saud University in Riyadh The study has concluded based on the results of the field, including. First: the most important organizational difficulties faced by female students in Master of Art Education level at Admission and Registration stage: There is no PhD degree of Art Education which decrease the motivation of the students to continue the study. Master of Art Education has been ignored by the majority. Bad distribution of the course schedule that results of difficulties for student to organize between their time. Second: the most important academic difficulties faced by female students in Master of Art Education level when studying courses: The lack of specialization in the Master of Art Education that allows the student in-depth study tends to him. Lack of specialized laboratories and equipment ores and tools for practical courses. Lack of interest from the department in term of the difficulties that faces postgraduate students. Third: the most important organizational and academic difficulties faced by students Master of Art Education when preparing the graduation Research: T here are no specific controls for accounting supervisors who lack on their supervision. University libraries are not provided with other scientific thesis in other universities . Lack of availability of specialized books and scientific journals in the university libraries. The study concluded a number of recommendations including: Initiating a PhD program of Art Education at the earliest time, to enable students to complete their scientific careers. Providing specialized labs that are equipped with all tools and instruments for the scientific courses, and provide laboratories for computer and Internet in the building of postgraduate studies. Provide training courses in how to set up scientific research by the Deanship of postgraduate Studies and distributing manual book that contains all the steps on how to write the research to each student. Performing a comparative study between the system in studying of Master of Art Education in Saudi universities with some developed countries.
