|b Current research aims to determine the role of organizational justice in achieving Superior University performance in a sample of teaching stall in the College of Administration and Economics - University of Kula, and to achieve this objective the researchers through a theoretical literature on the subject to build a tool containing 15 Items represent the organizational justice variables (independent variables ) distributed among three variables: (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactions justice), as well as 12 Items is a distinguished University performance variables (dependent variables) divided into four variables, (to reduce costs and increase profits, improve quality, scientific research Society service). Hypothetical model was developed to clarify the relationship between the variables of research, the sample consisted ol 43 members of teaching staff, distributed a questionnaire to seek verification of the apparent sincerity and steadfastness, in accordance with the method of alpha - Kronbach, when it reached 0.83. The research data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program and the results showed the agreement of all members of the sample survey on the importance of organizational justice to the Superior performance of university, in the light of research findings, researchers developed a set of recommendations and proposals.
