• قياس القيم الفلسفية لدى تدريسي كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل. • التعرف على الفروق بين تدريسي كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة الموصل وفقا للفروع التي ينتمون إليها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث واشتمل مجتمع البحث على تدريسي كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل والبالغ عددهم (102) تدريسياً موزعين على (4) فروع وهي كل من فرع العلوم الرياضية،والألعاب الفردية، والألعاب الفرقية ومديرية التربية الرياضية والفنية. وتم استخدام مقياس القيم في المجال الرياضي الذي قام بتصميمه (الصميدعي، 2011) كأداة للبحث. وقد استخدم الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية المتمثلة بـ(الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، قانون النسبة المئوية، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط بيرسون، واختبارات تحليل التباين، وأقل فرق معنوي). وتوصل الباحث إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: 1- تختلف القيم الفلسفية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة الموصل وفقاً لسنوات خبرتهم. 2- يعتمد الاختلاف القائم على القيم الدينية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وفقا للفروع العلمية التي ينتمي إليها أعضاء هيئة التدريس. 3- هناك تباين واضح في درجات القيم الفلسفية على وفق المقياس المستخدم تبعاً للخبرة والتي تعتبر مؤشراً واضحا على اختلاف الفلسفات في التدريس والتدريب والنشاط الرياضي.
• Measuring the philosophical values for the lecturers of sports education college in Mosul university . • dentifying the differences among the lecturers of sports education college in Mosul university according to their departments . The descriptive approach has been adopted with a survey method for its convenience to the nature of the research .The research community has included the lecturers of sports education college /Mosul university and consisted of (102) lecturers divided into (4) departments representing sports sciences department ,individual games department , team games department ,and the directorate of sports and artistry education. The value scale has been used in the sports field ,which was designed by (Taif Talal Al-Sumaida'I ,2011) as a research instrument .The researcher has also used the statistical processors represented by (Arithmetical mean , the standard deviation , percentage ,the simple correlation factor of Person , L-Test, the deference analysis ,and the Least Significant Difference (L.S.D). The researcher has concluded the following : 1. The philosophical value differ among the teaching staff of the college of sports education /Mosul university according to their experience years . 2. The difference establishing on the religious ,social and economical values depend on the scientific departments that the lecturers belong to. 3. The presence of clear difference in the degrees of the philosophical values according to the scale used according to the experience which is considered a clear indicator to the difference in philosophies of teaching ,training ,and the sports activity .
