هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع لدي طلبة المدارس من وجهة نظر الديرين ومقترحات التطوير. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 14 مدير ومديرة بالمدارس الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة اربد. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استخدام أسلوب المقابلة للكشف عن أراء ومقترحات مديري المدارس حول مقترحات تطوير الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الابداع.وتوصلت النتائج إلي توفر البيئة المادية اللازمة لعمليات الإبداع وتزويد المدارس بالأجهزة الحديثة وشبكات الإنترنت والاهتمام بالعنصر البشري المتمثل في المعلم وتحفيزه ماديا ومعنويا من قبل الوزارة.واعداد كادر تعليمي ومدرب ومنتمي إلي المهنة ويدرس تخصصه .وتخفيف الأعباء الدراسية وتقليل نصيب المعلمين من عدد الحصص .وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير المناهج التعليمية، وتضمينها ما يدعو إلى تنمية الإبداع لتقوم بدورها في تنمية الإبداع في المدارس على صعيد المعلمين والمتعلمين، ضرورة توفير مجموعة من التسهيلات المادية والمعنوية في البيئة المدرسية. وضرورة اختيار مديرين من القيادات التربوية الواعية التي تؤمن بأهمية الإبداع في المدارس. وتدريب المعلمين علي استخدام الاستراتيجيات التي تنمي الابتكار مثل حل المشكلات والاكتشاف والألعاب والعصف الذهني والاستقصاء والتفرد في التعليم وضرورة زيادة التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والأسر لان تنمية الإبداع لا يقتصر فقط علي المدارس .كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The present study aimed at revealing the role of the school administration in developing the creativity of the school students from the point of view of the tenants and the development proposals. The study used the qualitative approach. The sample of the study consisted of 14 managers and directors in the government and the private schools in Irbid Governorate. The study tools represented in the use of the interview method to reveal the views and the suggestions of the school managers on the proposals for developing the school administration in the development of creativity. The results reached the availability of the physical environment necessary for the processes of creativity and providing schools with the modern equipment and Internet networks and attention to the human element represented by the teacher and motivated by the material and the moral of the ministry, and the preparation of a cadre of education that is trained and belong to the profession and study the specialization, and reduce the burden of study and reduce the classes of teachers. The study recommended the need to develop the educational curricula, and include the need to develop the creativity to play its role in developing the creativity in schools at the level of the teachers and the learners, the need to provide a range of material and moral facilities in the school environment, and the need to select managers of the educational leaders who should be aware of the importance of creativity in schools, and training the teachers to use the strategies that develop the creation such as problem solving, discovery, games, brainstorming, inquiry and uniqueness in education, and the need to increase the cooperation with the community institutions and families because the development of creativity is not limited to the schools..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
