المستخلص: This study aimed at identifying the commitment degree of Al al-Bayt University students to the value patterns in the light of the technological challenges. It also aimed at identifying the differences in the commitment degree to the value patterns by the student’s gender, faculty, accumulative average and place of residence variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher constructed a 54-item questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified; and the study sample consisted of (301) male and female students of Al al-Bayt University. The most important findings of the study were: The commitment degree of Al al-Bayt University students to the value patterns was generally high. In this concern three domains accounted for high degree, namely: religious, political and practical values. However, two domains, economical and social values, came with medium degrees. There are statistically significant differences among the means of the students’ responses to the gender variable in favor of the male students; and to the practical faculties variable in favor of the female students. On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences in the means of the response to the following domains: place of residence in favor of the village tenants, in both the social and economical domains; in favor of the city tenants in both the political and practical domains. However, in terms of the students achievements there were statistically significant differences in the accumulative average in favor of the students whose GPA’s were within excellent category, as compared to those within both very good and acceptable categories in the practical, religious and the total score of the domain.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة التزام طلبة جامعة آل البيت بالأنساق القيمية في ضوء التحدي التكنولوجي، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في درجة الالتزام بالأنساق القيمية تبعا لمتغيرات جنس الطالب، والكلية، والمعدل التراكمي، ومكان السكن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت استبانة، اشتملت على (54 ) فقرة، وجرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 301) طالب وطالبة، ممن يدرسون في جامعة آل البيت، وجاءت أبرز النتائج على النحو الآتي: - إن درجة التزام طلبة جامعة آل البيت بالأنساق القيمية كانت مرتفعة بصورة عامة، حيث جاءت ثلاثة مجالات بدرجة مرتفعة هي: القيم الدينية والقيم السياسية والقيم العملية، وجاء مجالان بدرجة متوسطة هما القيم الاقتصادية والقيم الاجتماعية. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الطلبة لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، ولمتغير الكلية لصالح الكليات العلمية، ولمتغير مكان السكن لصالح سكان القرية في مجالي القيم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ولصالح سكان المدينة لمجالي القيم السياسية والعملية، ولمتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح الطلبة الذين معدلاتهم ضمن فئة ممتاز عند مقارنتهم مع الطلبة الذين معدلاتهم ضمن فئة جيد جدا، ومقبول في المجالات العملية والدينية والدرجة الكلية للمجالات.
