المستخلص: إن الإدارة المدرسية تتطلب قائدا إداريا ذا كفاءة ومهارات إدارية ومعرفية تجعله مؤثرا في إدارته يتبع المنهج العلمي والمعرفي ممن خلال الأساليب الإدارية المنبثقة عن الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة في إدارة التربوية، فضلا عن أن وجود قيادات إدارية فعالة تمتلك من المعرفة والدراية بالعمل الإداري وكيفية التعامل مع الأخرين والاستثمار الأمثل لكافة الموارد المتاحة من خلال استشراق المستقبل كفيلة إلى حد ما بان تصل بمؤسساتنا التربوية إلى النجاح والتفوق وتحدد مشكلة البحث بالسؤال الاتي: س: ما إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معاونيهم. أهمية البحث : تعد إدارة المعرفة اليوم المجال الأحدث التي لفتت اهتمام المختصين إذ أصبحت ضرورة ملحة للمؤسسات التربوية بعد التوجه الذي شهدته المجتمعات نحو المعرفة من خلال تبنيها الطرائق والأساليب الحديثة لتعديل سلوكها في إدارتها لعملياتها المتمثلة بتجديد المعرفة وصياغتها وتوليدها وخزنها وتطبيقها ، لذا أصبحت الحاجة ماسة إلى قادة يتميزون بالخبرة والمعلومات والمهارات المناسبة لتطوير الأداء والتفوق ، فضلا عن المعرفة والقدرة على تحمل المسؤولية والتكيف مع كل ما هو جديد ومتطور للقيام بالدور القيادي المطلوب خاصة مع نمو المؤسسات وتطورها وتعقد أدوارها أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على: 1 -إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري ومديرات المداري الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معاونيهم. 2 الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس تبعا لمتغير الجنس. 3 الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس تبعا لمدة الخدمة. حدود البحث: الحدود البشرية: معاوني ومعاونات المداري الابتدائية في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية. الحدود الزمانية: العام الدراسي 2012-2013 منهج البحث وإجراءاته: تم إتباع منهج البحث الوصفي في البحث الحالي مجتمع البحث: بلغ مجتمع البحث (1.64) معاون ومعاونة، بواقع (434) معاون و (630) معاونة. عينة البحث: تم تحديد نسبة (10%) من المجتمع الكلي، إذ بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (106) بواقع (43) معاون و (63) معاونة. - أداة البحث: تم بناء أداة للبحث بعد اتباع الخطوات العلمية من حيث الدراسة الاستطلاعية فضلا عن الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة ثم عرضها على الخبراء ذوي الاختصاص للحصول على الصدق الظاهري حيث تكونت الأداة من (34) فقرة. وبعد التعديل أصبحت الأداة بصورتها النهائية متكونة من (34) فقرة بحيث لم تحذف أي فقرة، وقد تم استخدام المقياس الخماسي. الوسائل الإحصائية: استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية التالية (المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، مربع كا2، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين). الاستنتاجات: في ضوء نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات الأتية: 1-ضعف في امتلاك مديري ومديرات المدارس لمهارة إدارة المعرفة في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية. 2-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة المعرفة حسب متغير الجنس. 3-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة المعرفة تبعا لمدة الخدمة لصالح أصحاب الخدمة الأكثر من 10 سنوات. التوصيات: 1-وضع معايير موضوعية لاختيار مديري المدارس تعتمد الكفاءة والخبرة والتحصيل الدراسي. 2-تفعيل الدورات التدريبية أثناء الخدمة لمديري المدارس وفق المستجدات التربوية والاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة. 3-الإفادة من الخبرات المتميزة في المؤسسات التربوية.

The importance of research : The knowledge management today area later that drew the attention of specialists since become an urgent need for educational institutions after the trend witnessed in communities around knowledge by adopting methods and modern techniques to modify its behavior in the management of the operations of the renewal of knowledge and formulation , generation , storage and application , so it has become an urgent need to leaders are characterized by the experience and the knowledge and skills appropriate for the development of performance and excellence , as well as the knowledge and ability to take responsibility and to adapt to everything new and sophisticated to do the necessary leadership, especially with the growth and development of enterprises and the complexity of their roles. Research objectives: Current research aims to identify: 1 - Knowledge management at the orbital principals primary from the standpoint of their assistants. 2 - Differences of statistical significance in the management of knowledge among school principals variable depending on sex. 3 - Differences of statistical significance in the management of knowledge among school principals depending on length of service. Find limits: - Human border: aide primary orbital and collaborations in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad Karkh second. - Temporal boundaries : the academic year 2012 - 2013 Research methodology and procedures : research methodology was followed in the current search descriptive - The research community : The research community ( 1.64 ) , Deputy Associate , at ( 434) Associate (630 ) help . - Sample search: to determine the percentage (10%) of the total community , as the number of members of the sample ( 106 ) by ( 43 ) and Associate ( 63 ) help . - Search tool : The tool was built to look after you follow the steps in terms of scientific exploratory study as well as access to previous studies and then presented to the expert specialists for honesty virtual instrument consisted of ( 34) paragraph. After the amendment became finalized tool consists of (34) paragraph so that you do not delete any paragraph , has been using the pentatonic scale . Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ). Conclusions: In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions: 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement. 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management. 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.
