أن مفهوم صعوبات التعلم اصبح من المفاهيم المحددة علميا لدى الكثير من المتخصصين في مجال علم النفس التربوي، وخاصة مجال صعوبات التعلم، لما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية كبيرة حيث أن نجاحنا في تحقيق أهداف التعلم مرهون بعلاج صعوبات التعلم والتغلب على مسبباتها، فعدم علاج هذه الصعوبات قد يؤدي إلى الألم النفسي عند المتعلم الأمر الذي يعيق عملية التعلم عنده وهذا يجعلنا في حاجة ماسة لدراسة مشكلة صعوبات التعلم وأسبابها ووسائل علاجها. وذلك من خلال التعرف على خصائص ذوي صعوبات التعلم لما لهذه الخصائص من دور هام في التعرف على الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم . ويستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اكثر خصائص الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم شيوعا وتكرارا من وجهة نظر معلميهم وذلك من خلال استجابة المعلمين على أداة اشتملت على "57" سلوكا صنفت إلى أبعاد رئيسية تمثلت في الخصائص السلوكية والأكاديمية والإدراكية والحركية. وقد استخدمت الباحثة وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الابتدائية في مدينة بغداد الكرخ / الرصافة وبلغ عددهم "40" معلم ومعلمة منهم "10" معلمين و " 30 " معلمة . وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن هناك العديد من الخصائص السلوكية التي اتفق المعلمون على شيوعها بين الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم أهمها حاجتهم إلى المراقبة بشكل مستمر وتشتت انتباههم بسهولة، وعدم قدرتهم على التركيز، وصعوبة تنفيذهم للتعليمات وعدم قدرتهم على الاستمرار في العمل . وأيضا أظهرت النتائج أن السلوكيات التي تشير إلى الصعوبة الأكاديمية لدى الأطفال كانت مرتفعة وكان أهمها حاجتهم لوقت أطول لتعلم المهام الجديدة مع صعوبة في إجراء العمليات الحسابية والقراءة والكتابة ببطء والحاجة إلى وقت أطول لتنظيم الأفكار والفهم وإنجاز الواجبات مقارنة بزملائهم . واعتمادا على نتائج البحث واستنتاجاته تقدمت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات
The concept of learning disabilities has become the concepts identified scientifically has a lot of specialists in the field of educational psychology, particularly the field of learning disabilities, as to the subject of great importance as our success in achieving the goals of learning depends on the treatment of learning disabilities and overcome the causes of failure to address these disabilities may lead to emotional pain when the learner which impede the learning process and this has put us in an urgent need to study the problem of learning disabilities, their causes and means of treatment. Through identifying the characteristics of people with learning difficulties because of the characteristics of an important role in identifying children with learning disabilities.The current research aims to identify the characteristics of more children with learning disabilities common and over again from the standpoint of teachers, and that by the response of teachers included on the tool "57" behavior are classified into major dimensions represented in the behavioral characteristics and academic, cognitive and motor skills. The researcher used The research sample was selected randomly from a simple teachers of primaty schools in the city of Baghdad's Karkh / Rusafa and numbered "40" teachers of them "10" and teachers "30"parameter. The researcher concluded that there are many behavioral characteristics that teachers agreed on the popularity among students with learning disabilities to control the most important need is ongoing and the dispersal of their attention easily, and their inability to focus, and the disability of carrying out the instructions and their inability to continue working. And also the results showed that the behaviors that point to the disability Academy in children was high and the most important was their need for a long time to learn new tasks with difficulty in the calculations and to read and write slowly and need longer time to organize the ideas and understanding and completion of duties compared to their colleagues. Depending on the results of research and researcher conclusions made some recommendations and proposals. \
