المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى واقع الانضباط الوظيفي في مجتمعنا المعاصر وخاصة في مؤسسة من مؤسساتنا الفاعلة في المجتمع ألا وهي المؤسسة الصحية، إذ يعتبر الانضباط سمة تقاس بها المؤسسات وحتى الشعوب في الفاعلية وحتى التقدم ونحن باعتبارنا مجتمع مسلم وجب علينا أن نطبق تعاليم ديننا الحنيف الرامي إلى إتقان العمل والتفاني فيه.
ومن هنا جاءت فكرة هذه الدراسة التي ترمي إلى واقع الانضباط الوظيفي في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية باعتبارها مؤسسة في مجتمعنا لها قيمة واعتبار بالنسبة لأفراد المجتمع، من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات قمنا بقياسها على مجموعة من أفراد المجتمع الخاضع للدراسة واستنتاج ما أمكن استنتاجه من هذه الدراسة.

The study aims to address the reality of employment discipline within our contemporary society and especially within an institution from among our most actively significant institutions within the society, and that is the health institution. That is because discipline is considered to be the hallmark and standard by which institutions are measured and even peoples in respect to their effectiveness and progress are measured by it. And as we consider ourselves as being a Muslim society, it is obligatory upon us to apply the teachings of our pure religion which aims towards completing actions with perfection and to be dedicated to that.
It is upon this basis that the idea of this study arose which aims to address the reality of employment or work discipline within the public hospital institution due to its consideration as being an institution within our society which holds a value and worth to its individuals. By utilizing a set of indicators, we measured them upon a group of members of the society which was subject to the study and then concluded what was possible to be extracted from this study.
