520 |b Current research includes four chapters can be summarized highlight important points contained in each chapter of these chapters are as follows: Chapter I: The research problem and the importance of research , and research objectives , and the limits of the search, which can be summarized as the following points: The role of the university in general is to prepare individuals are able to continue to live and work , and have the numbers by Amadadahm science and knowledge, and build the human personality , and because the basis of the work in which the human element represented Balheioh teaching and what should be available to them from the regulatory environment that fits the task entrusted to them so lets each of them to move and create and produce without that feels observer , and that the regulatory climate that does not have the optimal ways in harmony , cooperation and confidence is suffering from the effects of behavioral and dimensions of negative exposure of teachers to lose their ability to comply with environmental located where and feeling weak ability to interact and frustration and conflict psychological , which leads them to bum psychological injury . The problem manifested current research , including the following: A . Identify the prevailing climate Altnzimia to members of the body was teaching in university departments Mustansiriya from the standpoint of the teaching staff. The current research aims to the following: A . Identify organizational climate prevailing in the university departments Mustansiriya from the standpoint of the teaching staff. Find the limits: Current search is limited to members of the faculty at the University of Mustansiriya , and both sexes ( males - females) and disciplines ( science - humanity) for the year Aaldrase (2012-2013). Chapter II: This included a chapter on the theoretical background and a range of previous studies Chapter III: Is a chapter on research and objective procedures in: 1. Research community : which consists of ( 2292 ) present in pedagogy (12) College. 2. Sample Search: consisted of ( 580 ) of any pedagogy (25% ) of the research community who took all of the colleges. 3. Search tool : to measure the organizational climate , the researcher has built a tool which is to identify the regulatory climate , which included 85 items distributed on seven areas , namely, (administrative leadership , human relations , participation in decision-making , academic freedom , belonging, IT work, contact). 4. Honesty was to verify the authenticity of the tool during the presentation to the jury numbered (13) experts to judge the validity of the vertebrae in the measuring tool is designed to measure. 5. Persistence: 'I hope for stability by using the search tool ( re- test , and the equation of Alfa kronbach) on a sample (50) pedagogy , reaching the value of coefficient tool organizational climate ( 81.7 ) for the re- test method and (79.4 for the way Alfa kronbach. -Statistical methods : the researcher used the following statistical methods: (Percentile ratio , chi-square , Pearson coefficient Artaat , Cronbach Alpha equation , t- test for Aantien Mstqltien , the weighted average and the weight percentile). Chapter IV: Through the search results that the researcher was able to conclude the following: The regulatory climate in Mustansiriya University is positive in all fields , as was the level of (good)( -Recommendations: The attention of the university administration 's views and proposals of members of the teaching staff of the Authority , and holding meetings and regular meetings with them to discuss the affairs and educational developments and the nature of the workflow within the university and faculty embrace the demands and needs in order to do their jobs better. -Proposals: 1. Conduct a study to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment to the principals. 2. Conduct a study to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational loyalty among faculty in the University of Mustansiriya. 3. Conduct a subsequent study of this study explores the relationship between organizational climate with other variables not exposed to this study. 4. Conduct a study similar to this study in the rest of the Iraqi universities.
