The main purpose of this study was to investigate the most common undesirable behaviors of Algiers 2 University faculty members from the students’ point of view. The sample consisted of (217) undergraduate students (178 female, 39 male) from human and social faculty. The results showed that the most common undesirable behaviors among faculty members were: .not to accept student excuses for non-attendance, lack of harmony between exam questions and subject content, no concern about students psychosocial problems, difficulty of interacting with professors and the fear of dealing with them. The fields of undesirable behaviors were ordered as follows: Motivations, evaluation, teaching methods, relationship with faculty members, personal characteristics, class management, and academic competence, in light of these finding, some recommendations were suggested
