هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في إتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد من فئات المجتمع للحصول على التعليم والتدريب. وسعت للتعرف على أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في التغلب على عوائق المكان والزمان وصعوبة المواصلات أو صعوبة الاتفاق على وقت واحد. واهتمت بالتعرف على مدى إسهام التعليم الإلكتروني في تقليل تكلفة التعليم على المدي الطويل. وأوضحت مدى إسهام التعليم الإلكتروني في استغلال الموارد البشرية والمادية حل مشكلة التخصصات النادرة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 طالبة من طالبات جامعة الملك سعود. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبانة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة. وبينت النتائج أن التعليم الإلكتروني يتيح الفرصة لتعليم وتدريب المجتمع. وأكدت أن التعليم الإلكتروني يتغلب على عوائق الزمان والمكان. وأشارت إلى أن التعليم الإلكتروني يتغلب على تكلفة التعليم. كما كشفت عن أن التعليم الالكتروني يسهم في استغلال الموارد البشرية وساعد في تحويل فلسفه التعليم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من نظام التعليم الإلكتروني لرفع مستوى معلمي التعليم بجميع مراحل التعليم من خلال برامج التدريب. كما أبرزت أهمية تطوير الوسائل والوسائط التعليمية وخاصة الكتب لتتلائم مع مفهوم التعليم الالكتروني تبعا للتقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to identify the importance of the e-learning in providing the opportunity, for the largest number of groups in society to obtain the education and training. In addition, the study sought to recognize the importance of the e-learning in overcoming the obstacles of the place, time, and difficulty of transportation or the difficulty of agreeing on one time. The study is interested in learning how the e-learning contributed to reducing the cost of education over the long term, and the extent to which it contributes to the human and material resources exploitation, to solve the problem of the rare disciplines. The study based on the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 100 female students from the King Saud University. The study tool was represented in a questionnaire, to collect the information from the study sample. The results showed that the e-learning offered the opportunity to educate and train the community. It also stressed that the e-learning overcomes the obstacles of the time and place. The study pointed out that the e-learning is overcoming the cost of education. It also revealed that e-learning contributes to the human resources exploitation and helped in transforming the philosophy of education. The study recommended the need to benefit from the e-learning system to raise the level of the education teachers in all stages of education, through the training programs.
