هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوي ممارسة معلمي اللغة العربية بمدارس محافظة معان لمهارات صياغة الأهداف السلوكية وتطبيقها. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 88 معلما ومعلمة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إعداد استبانة حول الأهداف السلوكية ومستوي تطبيقها لتحديد درجة وضوحها وأثر التخطيط المسبق لها وصعوبة صياغتها. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في درجة تقدير المعلمين تعزي لمتغيري الخبرة والجنس. وان تقديرات المعلمين لأثر التخطيط المسبق للأهداف السلوكية في الموقف التعليمي على مجريات الدرس جاءت مترتبة على النحو التالي المرتبة الأولي لتنظيم الموقف التعليمي وإثراء التفكير العلمي وتنظيم العمل والمواد بطريقة امنه وفاعلة وتنمية المهارات الكلامية واستخدام الوقت والمصادر بشكل فاعل ومؤثر وتجنب العشوائية ومساعدة الأخرين في تقييم عملهم وتنمية مهارات حل المشكلات وتحفيز التفاعل الإيجابي الاجتماعي ويدعم مفهوم الذات لدي المتعلم والعمل على إنجاح الإدارة الصفية والعمل على تطوير أسئلة مختلفة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التنويع في الممارسات الإشرافية وتطوير البرامج التدريبية لإثراء الخلفية النظرية للمعلمين بخصوص مهارة صياغة الأهداف السلوكية مع التركيز على خلخلة قناعاتهم بأهميتها. والتوسع في دراسات تشمل شرائح معلمين لتخصصات أخري على مستوي الوطن. وتفعيل تبادل الزيارات الصفية بقصد تطوير الأداء واهتمام المختصين علي صعيد التربية بمتابعة التدريب ومدي انتقال اثره إلي الميدان وتقويم المعلمين باعتماد الملاحظة وما تعكسه من مستوي في تطبيق الأهداف السلوكية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The current study aimed at revealing the level of practice of Arabic teachers in the schools of Ma'an Governorate of the skills of formulating and applying behavioral objectives. The study used the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 88 male and female teachers. The tool of the study represented in preparing a questionnaire on the behavioral objectives and their level of application to determine their degree of clarity, the impact of their prior planning and the difficulty of devising them. The results indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of teachers' estimation attributed to the variables of experience and gender. The teachers' estimates of the effect of pre-planning of the behavioral objectives in the educational situation on the course of the lesson were as follows: the first rank was organizing the educational situation, enriching scientific thinking, organizing the work and materials in a safe and effective manner, developing verbal skills, using time and resources effectively, avoiding randomization and helping others evaluate their work . In addition, they included as well developing problem solving skills, stimulating positive social interaction, supporting the self-concept of the learner, working on the success of classroom management, and developing different questions. The study recommended the need to diversify supervisory practices, and to develop training programs to enhance the theoretical background of teachers on the skill of formulating behavioral goals with a focus on shaking their convictions of their importance. Furthermore, it recommended conducting more studies that include categories of teachers of other specialties at the level of the country. Lastly, the study recommended activating the exchange of classroom visits in order to develop the performance, drawing the attention of specialists in the field of education to follow-up training and identify the extent of its impact on the field, and evaluating teachers by observation and its reflection of the level of applying the behavioral objectives.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
