يشهد عالمنا المعاصر تقدما هائلا ومتسارعا في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وما صاحب هذا التقدم من ثورة معلوماتية أثرت في مختلف مناحي الحياة ومجالات الحياة، وغيرت من أنماط وأساليب العمل داخل المنظمات، وما حملته هذه الثورة من مفاهيم واتجاهات جديدة في مجال التدريب بشكل عام وتدريب المعلمين بشكل أكثر خصوصية، فلقد ساعد التطور التكنولوجي في مجال الاتصالات والمعلومات على تطور بعض أساليب التدريب، فبرزت أشكال جديدة للتدريب والتي كان من أبرزها التدريب عن بعد، والذي يطلق عليه أحيانا التعليم المفتوح. فإذا كان تدريب المعلمين عن بعد باستخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة أثناء الخدمة يعد مطلبا ضروري وحتمي لكافة المعلمين في جميع المراحل التعليمية، فإنه يعد أكثر ضرورة وأهمية بالنسبة لمعلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وذلك لعدة اعتبارات أهمها أن مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تعتبر القاعدة العريضة لتعليم جميع النشء وهي مفتوحة على بقية مراحل التعليم اللاحقة، وتهدف الى تنمية قدرات واستعدادات التلاميذ وإشباع ميولهم وتزويدهم بالقدر الضروري من القيم والمعارف، وتهتم الغالبية العظمى من دول العالم بالتدريب باستخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة إيمانا بأهمية ودوره في رفع كفاءة المعلمين. وهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى متطلبات مقترحة من شأنها المساهمة في تطوير برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة في ضوء التدريب عن بعد باستخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هدفه الأساسي. وبناء على ما سبق سار البحث طبقا للمحاور التالية: أولا: إطار نظري يشتمل التدريب عن بعد، من حيث: مفهومه، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وفلسفته، ومبرراته، وسائطه، وأساليبه، وأشكاله وصوره المتعددة، ومتطلبات تطبيقه. ثانيا: متطلبات مقترحة تسهم في تطوير برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة في ضوء التدريب عن بعد باستخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة.
A Research Abstract Our contemporary world witnessed an enormous and rapid progress in information technology and ommunication field, this is accompanied by an information revolution which affected different aspects of life. It also changed work styles inside organisations, this revolution also created new concepts and trends in training field in general, and teachers training in particular, so technological progress in communication and information helped in improving some training styles, the matter that created new forms of training, the most distinguished one is distance training, which is also called as the open education. in service distance teachers’ training using multimedia technology is a necessary and inevitable requirement at all educational stages, it is more important for basic education stage teachers, because of some considerations, the most important of them is that basic education can be considered the vast base to educate generations, it is also opened to the rest of the educational stages, it aims at developing the abilities and readiness of students, satisfies their motivations, increasing them with the necessities of values and knowledge. The Majority of world countries are interested in training using multimedia technology as they believe in its role in raising teachers’ qualifications. The research aimed at reaching some proposed requirements that can contribute to develop in service teachers* training programs in the light of distance training using multimedia technology, the research used the analytical descriptive methodology to attain its main goal. According to the above mentioned, the research had the following axes: Firstly: A theoretical framework which included distance training through: its concept, its importance, its aims, its philosophy, its justifications, its styles, forms, and the requirements of applying it. Secondly: Suggested requirements that can contribute to develop in service teachers’ training programs in the light of distance training using multimedia technology.
