استهدفت الدراسة معرفة فاعلية برنامج مقترح في مقرر الكمبيوتر في إكساب مهارات استخدام الانترنت والاحتفاظ بالتعلم لدى طلبة الصف الثاني ثانوي باليمن. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب المهاري. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من مجموعة من طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي بثانوية بلقيس للبنات بمدينة المكلا محافظة حضرموت باليمن في الفصل الثاني للعام 2001/ 2012. وطبقت أدوات الدراسة قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة الدراسة. وأشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في إكساب مهارات استخدام الانترنت لدى طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي وأثره الإيجابي على ارتفاع معدلات كل من التحصيل ومستوى أداء المهارات والاحتفاظ بالتعلم. وأن استخدام الكمبيوتر والإنترنت وتطبيقاته العديدة في عملية التعليم والتعلم أسهم في تحسين جودة التعليم من حيث سرعة التعلم ومستواه. وأن بيئة التعلم واختيار استراتيجية التعلم المعتمدة على الخطو الذاتي والموقع التعليمي وتعلم مهارات تلبي احتياجات المتعلمين أسهم في اكتسابهن التعلم والاحتفاظ به. وأوصت الدراسة بتصميم البرامج التعليمية المعتمدة على الكومبيوتر والأنترنت واستخدامها في التعليم. واستخدام الطرائق والاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التعليم وتوفير البيئة التعليمية المطورة في التعليم ودمج مهارات الاستخدام الإنترنت ضمن مقرر الكومبيوتر للصف الثاني الثانوي. كما أوصت بالابتعاد عن الحفظ والتلقين في تدريس مقرر الكمبيوتر واستخدام أسلوب العرض والتجريب والتدريب ودمج نتاجات التطور التكنولوجي في التعليم كالوسائط المتعددة وتطبيقات الكمبيوتر والانترنت. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The study aimed to know the effectiveness of a proposed program in the computer curriculum in providing the skills of using the Internet and retention of learning among the second year students of the secondary school in Yemen. The study tools were an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect and an observation card to measure the skill side. The group of the study consisted of a group of second-secondary students at Balqees High School For Girls in Mukalla, Hadramout Governorate in Yemen, in the second semester of the year 2001/2012. The study tools were pre and post-applied on the study group. The results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program in providing the skills of using the Internet among the second year female students of the secondary school and its positive impact on the high rates of achievement, skill level and retention of learning. In addition, the use of computers, the Internet and its many applications in the teaching and learning process contributed to improving the quality of education in terms of speed and level of learning. The learning environment, the choice of a learning strategy that relies on self-stepping and the educational site. The learning of skills that meet the needs of the learners contributed to their learning obtaining and retention. The study recommended designing teaching programs based on computer and Internet and using them in the process of education. Additionally, the use of modern methods and strategies in education and provide the educational developed environment in education and the integration of Internet skills in the computer curriculum for the second graders of secondary school. It also recommended moving away from memorizing and teaching in the teaching of the computer curriculum and using the method of presentation, experimentation and training.
