The main objective of this study is to indicate whether is there any differences between organizations in private sector and organizations in public sector according to workplace practices and results. Also this research aims to build a model to determine the workplace bullying’s causes, practices, and results. To achieve this objective researcher carried out an empirical survey using personally- questionnaire .Data statistical analysis using mean, standard deviation and F-test found that workplace bullying’s practices validated and its results are represented in psychological problems, negative consequences on targets’ career, personal attack, erosion of professional competence and reputation, and attack through work roles and tasks. The study main recommendation was related to determine how to prevent bullying occurrence in the workplace in both Public and Private sector.
