|a هدفت الدراسة هذه ضمان الجودة والنوعية في مؤسسات التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد، وحاولت الإجابة عن ما مفهوم التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\n- ما الأسس المعيارية لضمان الجودة النوعية في التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\n- ما مكونات الجودة والنوعية في برامج مؤسسات التعلم عن بعد.\n- ما معنى ضمان الجودة والنوعية للتعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\nواستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي القائم على استخراج المفاهيم والخصائص والمعايير والدلالات المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة وأسئلتها.\nوفي إجابة السؤال الأول عالجه تحديد المصطلحات والمفاهيم التنظيرية لكل من التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد.\nوفي إجابة السؤال الثاني، بينت الأسس المعيارية والسياسات التربوية التي تضمن الجودة والنوعية في التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\nأما إجابة السؤال الثالث، فعالجت المكونات الأساسية لمفاهيم الجودة والنوعية في برامج مؤسسات التعلم عن بعد.\nأما إجابة السؤال الرابع فركزت على بيان خصائص ضمان الجودة والنوعية للتعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد، ومسوغاتها والصعوبات التي تواجه نمط التعلم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ثم بيان معايير الاعتمادية للتعلم عن بعد لضمان جودته ونوعيته ومراقبته بصورة مستمرة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات المعززة لهذا النمط في التعلم عن بعد.\nضمان الجودة والنوعية في التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد

|f This study aimed to ensure quality and grades in open learning and distance learning institutions, and tried to answer what the concept of open learning and distance learning is?\n- What are the normative foundations of quality assurance in open and distance learning?\n- What are the components of quality and grade in the programs of distance learning institutions?\n- What is the meaning of quality assurance for open and distance learning?\nThe researcher used the descriptive approach based on extracting concepts, characteristics, criteria and semantics related to the subject of the study and the questions.\nIn the answer to the first question, she addressed the definition of theoretical terms and concepts for both open and distance learning.\nIn the answer to the second question, she outlined the normative foundations and educational policies that guarantee the quality and grade in open and distance learning?\nTo answer the third question, she addressed the basic components of the concepts of quality and grade in the programmes of distance learning institutions.\nTo answer the fourth question, she focused on the description of the characteristics of quality assurance of open and distance learning, their justifications and difficulties facing the distance learning pattern in higher education institutions, and then on the reliability criteria for distance learning to ensure its quality and continuous control.
