Since the early childhood of the most important stages throughout the human in his life , being a crucial stage and the basic rule to configure the personality of the child in the future , which extends the child experiences life, him build his character , develop and achieve growth overall appropriate for the age and abilities, and even adapt to a new world , and with his community characteristics and developmental demands In light of the evidence indicators interest phase kindergartens should do the ,assessment and-development of the educational system for kindergarten constantly, and the development of appropriate methodologies to help pass the shifts and changes of contemporary effectively, and to take action and mechanisms that ensure a minimum of the low educational outcomes to operate these procedures and mechanisms to monitor and track the progress of policies and actions and reforms and to identify the positive points and consolidation , as well as weaknesses and adjusted as well as the relationships and interactions of performance levels kindergarten internal relays and its relation to the context in community and its historical development , and It also provides mechanisms - which represents educational information systems - social gains when measured by educational achievement in terms of efficiency, transparency and justice designed in educational programs for the benefit of learners in order to ensure an effective educational life chances in preparing new generations for a bright future .Hence, the need for the use of performance indicators in the development of kindergarten , and the intensity of this use to create our schools database can be used as indicators of school performance in terms of context , inputs , processes including interactions contained guarantee the quality of the output. Therefore, the current research aims to develop a proposal to develop a perception kindergarten in the light of performance indicators in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
لما كانت مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من أهم المراحل التي يمر بها الإنسان في حياته، لكونها. مرحلة حاسمة وقاعدة أساسية لتكوين شخصية الطفل في المستقبل، حيث تمد الطفل بالخبرات الحياتية المختلفة، ومن ثم تساعده في بناء شخصيته وتطويرها وتحقيق نموه الشامل، والمناسب لعمره وقدراته، وكذلك القنطرة الآمنة التي يعبرها الطفل بين الأسرة والمدرسة، حتى يتكيف مع عالم جديد، ومع مجتمع له خصائصه ومطالبه التنموية. وفي ضوء دلائل مؤشرات الاهتمام بمرحلة رياض الأطفال ينبغى القيام بتقويم وتطوير المنظومة التعليمية لرياض الأطفال باستمرار، وتطوير منهجيات مناسبة تساعد على اجتياز التحولات والتغيرات المعاصرة بفاعلية، واتخاذ الإجراءات والآليات التي تكفل الحد الأدنى من تدنى المخرجات التعليمية بحيث تعمل هذه الإجراءات والآليات على مراقبة ومتابعة تقدم السياسات على مراقبة ومتابعة تقدم السياسات والأفعال والإصلاحات والتعرف على النقاط الإيجابية وتدعيمها وكذلك نقاط الضعف وتعديلها وكذا علاقات وتفاعلات مستويات أداء رياض الأطفال الداخلية ببعضها وارتباطها بالسياق المجتمعي المحيط وتطورها التاريخي، كما توفر هذه الآليات- التي تمثل أنظمة المعلومات التعليمية- مكاسب اجتماعية حتمية حينما يقاس الإنجاز التعليمي بدلالة الكفاءة والشفافية والعدالة المرغوبة في البرامج التعليمية لمصلحة المتعلمين ومن أجل ضمان وجود فرص حياتية تربوية فاعلة في إعداد أجيال جديدة من أجل مستقبل مشرق. ومن هنا ظهرت الحاجة إلى استخدام مؤشرات الأداء في تطوير مرحلة رياض الأطفال، وما يتطلبه هذا الاستخدام من تهيئة مدارسنا بقاعدة بيانات يمكن استخدامها كمؤشرات عن الأداء المدرسي من حيث السياق، والمدخلات، والعمليات بما تتضمنه من تفاعلات تضمن جودة المخرجات. لذا يهدف البحث الحالي محاولاً وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير رياض الأطفال في ضوء تقييم مؤشرات أدائها طبقاً لمعايير الهيئة القومية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد.
