|a يوضح الباحث في دراسته بخصوص علاقات التوافق والتطابق بين مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني والشرعية الإسلامية ، من ناحية، مضمون العلاقة بين الشرعية الإسلامية وهذا القانون ، وليوصل حسب رأيه للتوافق ، وللتطابق بين مصادر هذه الشريعة ومصادر هذه القانون ، ويرى في ذلك أيضا دليلا هاما على إمكانية احترام الدول الإسلامية (الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي) لقواعد القانون الدلوي الإسلامية ، وبخاصة تلك الدول التي تجعل من مصادر الشرعية الإسلامية مصادر لقوانينها الداخلية.\nويركز الباحث ، من ناحية ثانية، على ضرورة تطبيق الدول الإسلامية لمبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني طالما أنها متطابقة مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية . وكون هذه الدول الإسلامية قد صادقت على اتفاقيات جنيف الأربعة لعام 1949.

|f The researcher explains, in his study regarding the relations of compatibility and conformity among the principles of international humanitarian law and Islamic Legitimacy, the content of the relationship between Islamic sharia and this law on the one hand . According to his opinion on conformity and compatibility among the sources of this Sharia and the sources of this law, he considers this as an important evidence of the possibility of respecting the Islamic international law rules among Islamic countries (members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation) to the rules of Islamic international law, especially those countries that derive their internal laws from the sources of Islamic sharia.\nOn the other hand, the researcher focuses on the necessity of the application of principles of international humanitarian law by Islamic countries as long as they are in conformity with the principles of Islamic Sharia.
