المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور العولمة في تشكيل الاتجاهات نحو قيم المواطنة والنزاهة من وجهة نظر مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات عن طريق دراسة ميدانية بمدينة بغداد. ولتحقيق ذلك سعت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: س1/ ما مدى وعي مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بالعولمة وأبعادها: (التربوية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية)؟ س2/ هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في مدى وعي مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بالعولمة وأبعادها: (التربوية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية)، تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية؟ س3/ ما اتجاهات مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية نحو قيم المواطنة بأبعادها: (القانونية، والسياسية، والاجتماعية، والوطنية)؟ س4/هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية نحو قيم المواطنة بأبعادها: (القانونية، والسياسية، والاجتماعية، والوطنية)، تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية؟ س5/ ما اتجاهات مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية نحو النزاهة؟ س6/ هل يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية نحو النزاهة، تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية؟ س7/ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين العولمة وقيم المواطنة والنزاهة من وجهة نظر مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية؟ وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (114) مدرسا ومدرسة، بواقع (54) مدرسا و (60) مدرسة، موزعين على عدد من المدارس التابعة للمديريات العامة للتعليم الثانوي الحكومي بمحافظة بغداد، للعام الدراسي (2012- 2013)م. وتطلب تحقيق هدف الدراسة إعداد (3) أدوات، مثلت الأولى استبانة أبعاد العولمة (التربوية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية)، والاستبانة الثانية عيرت عن الاتجاهات نحو قيم المواطنة بأبعادها: (القانونية والسياسية، والاجتماعية، والوطنية)، والثالثة لتحديد اتجاهات المدرسين نحو النزاهة، تم إعدادها عن طريق مراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات التي تناولت العولمة وقيم المواطنة والنزاهة واستطلاع أراء عينة من أساتذة الجامعات. وللتأكد من صدق أدوات الدراسة تم عرضها على لجنة من الخبراء، إذ اعتمدت نسبة الاتفاق (85%) فاكثر من أراء الخبراء لقبول فقرات كل أداة، واستخدام معامل الارتباط لإيجاد الثبات، حيث بلغ نسبة عالية. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: مستوى وعي مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بالعولمة وأبعادها (التربوية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية) والاتجاهات نحو قيم المواطنة بأبعادها: (القانونية، والسياسية، والاجتماعية، والوطنية) والنزاهة بنسب متفاوتة، وهناك علاقة ارتباطية بين العولمة وقيم المواطنة والنزاهة.

This study aimed to determine the role of globalization in shaping attitudes towards the values of citizenship and integrity from the point of view of the secondary school teachers in the light of some of the variables through a field study in Baghdad. To achieve this the study sought to answer the following questions: Q 1 / What is the awareness of secondary teachers globalization and its dimensions: (educational psychological social and economic)? Q 2/ Is there a statistically significant difference in the extent of awareness of secondary school teachers to globalization and its dimensions: (educational psychological social and economic) depending on the variables: sex qualification and teaching experience? Q 3 / What trends secondary school teachers about the values of citizenship dimensions: (legal politicalsocial and national)? Q 4 / Is there a statistically significant difference in the trends of secondary school teachers about the values of citizenship dimensions: (legal political social and national) depending on the variables : sex qualification and teaching experience? Q 5 / What trends secondary school teachers about integrity? Q 6 / Is there a statistically significant difference in the trends of secondary school teachers about integrity depending on the variables: sex qualification and teaching experience? Q 7 / Is there a correlation between globalization and the values of citizenship and integrity from the point of view of the secondary school teachers? In order to answer questions from the study were selected sample of (114) teacher the rate of (54) (male) and (60) (female) spread over a number of schools of the Directorate General for secondary education government in Baghdad governorate for the academic year (2012-2013) And requests the goal of the study preparation (3) Tools represented the first identification of the dimensions of globalization (educational psychological social and economic) and resolution II expressed attitudes towards the values of citizenship dimensions : (legal political social and national) and the third to determine trends teachers abou tintegrity has been prepared by reviewing the literature and studies on globalization and the values of citizenship and integrity and to explore the views of a sample of university professorsTo ensure the veracity of Sanitary study were presented to a panel of experts as adopted by the agreement (85%) and more than expert opinion to accept the paragraphs of each tool and the use of the correlation coefficient to find consistency reaching a high percentage The study found the following results: the level of awareness of teachers of secondary globalization and its dimensions (educational psychological social and economic) and attitudes towards the values of citizenship dimensions: (legal politicalsocialand national) and integrity to varying degrees there is a correlation between the globalization and the values of citizenship and integrity.
