|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مهارات إدارة وقت التدريس لدى معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الأساسية العليا، وتصنيفها إلى مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم والاستثمار وتفادي المعوقات والرقابة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ووضعت المهارات في استبانة طبقت على عينة حجمها (80) معلماً ومعلمة، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى ممارسة المهارات بلغ (73,8%) وجاءت على الترتيب: التخطيط، فالتنظيم، فالاستثمار، فالرقابة، فتفادي المعوقات. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسط ممارسة المهارات تعزى للجنس أو الخدمة التدريسية.

|b The aim of this study is to determine time management skills of math teachers in high primary stage, and classify it to planning, organizing, investment, obstacles avoidance and inspection. The study used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was distributed on (80) male and female teachers. The results showed that the skills of practicing is (73.8%), while the others came in this order: planning, organizing, investment, inspection and obstacles avoidance. The study results reveal that there is no significant difference in the skills of practicing mean related to sex or teaching service.
