|a يعد الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي من الخدمات الأساسية التي من المفترض أن تقدمها المؤسسة التعليمية إلى جميع الطلبة وبهذا فهو ليس غاية إنسانية فقط بل حاجة ماسة لكل المراحل في المؤسسات التربوية بكل مستوياتها.\nإن النظرة التي تبنتها العملية التربوية الحديثة ترتكز على التلميذ بدرجة أكبر مما أتاحت الفرصة أمام نظريات الإرشاد التربوي والنفسي للمساهمة بفعالية في وضع المستوى التعليمي للتلميذ نتيجة توافقه الدراسي، الاجتماعي والنفسي وبالتالي أصبح لبرامج الإرشاد التربوي والنفسي مكانة هامة في العملية التربوية من أجل بناء شخصية متكاملة.\nوبما أنه أصبح جزءا رئيسيا في الأنظمة التربوية والجزائر ليست في منأى عن هذا التوجه حيث أنها قامت بإصلاح نظامها التربوي في العشرية الأخيرة وكيفت مهام مستشاري التوجيه لتشمل عملية الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي لتقديم خدمات متخصصة للتلاميذ وأولياءهم والفريق التربوي.\nجاءت هذه الورقة لتسليط الضوء على الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، آليات تجسيده وعلى أهم الفاعلين في هذا المجال

|f Psychological and educational guidance is considered to be from among the main services which educational institutions are supposed to provide to all students. Consequently, it does not only represent a humanitarian objective alone but rather a dire need for all of the stages within the educational systems with all its levels.\nThe outlook adopted by the modern educational system is concentrated upon the student to a greater degree which has provided the opportunity for the educational and psychological guidance theories to contribute in an effective manner, to set the educational level for the student as a result of his study, social and psychological compatibility. Consequently, the educational and psychological guidance programs have an important placing within the educational process for the sake of building the holistic personality.\nAs it has come to represent a fundamental part of the education systems Algeria has not been immune to this trend. That is in the case where it undertook reform of its education system during the last decade and adapted the roles of the guidance consultants to cover the psychological and educational guidance process, to provide specialized services to students, parents and the educational team.\nThis paper came to shed light upon the psychological and educational guidance within the middle school educational stage, the mechanisms for it to be incorporated and the most important actors related to this field.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
