Research on language and culture confirms that learning a foreign language necessitates learning its cultural aspects. However, teaching the cultural aspects of English language is marginalized in the Saudi EFL classroom where most of the Arab EFL teachers limit their teaching performance only to the linguistic aspects of the English language. Responding to this problem, the current study aimed at identifying why the Arab EFL teachers do retrain from teaching the cultural aspects of the English language, and suggesting a remedial procedure to resolve this problem, A cultural attitudes survey, a pedagogical cultural awareness test. and a suggested training package were developed to collect the required data. The study sample consisted of forty-eight Arab EFL Teachers; Saudis. Egyptians, Sudanese, Syrians. Jordanians and Palestinians working in Saudi preparatory and secondary schools in Tabouk city. KSA. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the Arab EFL teachers (77.5 %) showed negative cultural attitudes toward teaching the cultural aspects of English language. Likewise, the Arab EFL teachers' pedagogical cultural awareness (30.48%) was not up the level required (>70%) for teaching the cultural aspects of English language. Moreover, the training package proved to be effective in developing the teachers' pedagogical cultural awareness and cultural attitudes, finally, there was a high correlation between the teachers' pedagogical cultural awareness and their cultural attitudes.
