هدف البحث الراهن إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التربية الخاصة قبل الخدمة (الطلاب المعلمين) نحو التدريس الابتكاري، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (97) طالباً وطالبة، منتظمين بالمستويين السابع والثامن في قسم التربية الخاصة بكلية التربية في جامعة الجوف. واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ للتعرف على مدى تأثر اتجاهات عينة البحث نحو التدريس الابتكاري لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بكل من المعدل الأكاديمي التراكمي؛ والخبرة في التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم وذوي الإعاقة العقلية خلال التدريب الميداني؛ والنوع (ذكور وإناث)، وتمثلت أداة البحث في مقياس الاتجاه نحوا لتدريس الابتكاري من إعداد الباحثين. وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود اتجاه إيجابي نحو التدريس الابتكاري لدى عينة الدراسة بوجه عام، ووجود فروق دالة في الاتجاه نحو التدريس الابتكاري بين الطلاب المعلمين ذوي المعدل التراكمي المرتفع وذوي المعدل التراكمي المنخفض في اتجاه ذوي المعدل المرتفع، وفروق دالة بين الذكور والإناث في اتجاه الذكور، ولم تظهر فروق دالة بين الطلاب الذين لم تتوفر لهم خبرة التدريب الميداني (طلاب المستوى السابع)، والطلاب الذين أتيح لهم التعامل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة خلال التدريب الميداني (طلاب المستوى الثامن). وقد ناقش الباحثان نتائج البحث في ضوء نتائج البحوث السابقة، وقدما بعض التوصيات، والبحوث المستقبلية المقترحة ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث الحالي.
The research aims to identify the current attitudes in pre-service special education teachers (student teachers) about creative teaching, and sample consisted of (97) students, in the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education at the University of Aljouf . And the researchers used descriptive analytical method; to identify the attitude of the research sample towards creative teaching for people with specific needs influenced by: average academic cumulative, and experience in dealing with students with learning difficulties and students with intellectual disabilities during training in the schools, and sex (male and female), the search tool was The Attitudes Toward Creative Teaching Scale (ATCTS), prepared by researchers. The results showed the existence of a positive trend towards creative teaching with the study sample in general, and the existence of significant differences in the Attitudes toward creative teaching among pre-service teachers with the high cumulative average and low cumulative average in the direction of the high rate, and significant differences between males and females in the direction of the males, did not show significant differences between the students of seventh level who did not have experience field training, and the eighth -level students who are trained to deal with people with special needs in programs and special education schools during field training. The researchers discussed the results in light of the results of previous researches, and presented some recommendations, and proposed future researches related to the subject of current research.
