تحدثت الورقة البحثية عن موضوع توظيـف التقنيـات التعليميـة وإسهاماتها فـي إيجـاد حلـول لمشـكلات التربية المعاصرة وهـو من الموضـوعات المهمة في هذا العصر، تمثلت مشكلة الدارسة في عـدم استخدام التقنيات ومستحدثاتها من قبل أهل الاختصاص في معالجة المشكلات التربويـة المتمثلـة فـي الانفجار المعرفي والانفجار السكاني ومشكلة الأمية وغيرها، تم توضيح أهمية البحث الذي تمثـل فـي تسليط الضوء على المشكلات التربوية التي يعاني منها أهل التربية كثيرا، كما تم كذلك توضيح أهداف الدارسة التي من أهمها التعريف بالتقنيات التعليمية والاستفادة منها في حـل مشـكلات التربيـة المعاصـرة، وكـان ذلـك مـن خـلال طـرح سـؤالين هما مـا هـي المشـكلات التربويـة المعاصـرة، ومـا هي التقنيات التعليمية - أجهزة وأدوات- ليتم توظيفها في معالجة مشكلات التربية المعاصرة، وقـد اُسـتخدم في هذه الدارسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج تحليـل المضـمون فـي التعـاطي مـع حيثيـات الدارسـة ومعلوماتها وصـولاً إلى نتائج الدارسة التي من أهمها أنّ التكنولوجيا وأدواتها تلعب دورا كبيرا في معالجة مشكلة الزيادة الهائلة والكبيرة في المعرفة الإنسانية المتدفقة باستمرار (الانفجار المعرفي)، وأنّه بالإمكان تعليم أعـداد كبيرة ومتزايدة مـن المتعلمـين في فصـول وقاعات مزدحمـة باسـتخدام مستحدثات التكنولوجيا. ومن أهم توصـيات الدراسـة ضـرورة تـوفير التقنيـات الحديثـة وتـدريب العـاملين عليها وإقناعهم بدورها الإيجابي في معالجة المشكلات التربوية المعاصرة.
The research paper investigated the usage of educational technologies, and their contribution in finding solutions to contemporary educational problems as one of the significant current topics. The research problem was that technology and its latest advancements were not applied by specialists to treat the educational problems resultant from the proliferation of knowledge, explosion of population, illiteracy and other problems. Therefore, the significance of this research resides in highlighting the educational problems much experienced by educationalists as was indicated in the objectives of this study; one of which was to introduce educational technologies and its uses in solving contemporary educational problems. Two questions were posed in the paper; the first was about the current educational problems and the second on educational technologies and their tools and facilities- with a view to apply them in finding solutions to contemporary educational problems. A descriptive analytical approach and a content analysis method were used to analyze and interpret the collected data. A number of findings were reached, the most important of which revealed that technology and its tools play an important role in the treatment of the problems related to the explosion of human knowledge (the explosion of knowledge), and thus it is possible to educate large numbers of learners within crowded classrooms by the use of technology and its advancements. In addition, the paper recommended the necessity of availing new technologies and training staff in their applications as well as persuading staff-members of the positive role of technology in the treatment of contemporary educational problems.
