المستخلص: Talking about western modernization refers to several philosophical and ideological statements, makes the one who investigates feel difficulty in grasping its essence and decode its theoretical symbols, hence the weber model is considered as the one which permits us to move from a mere philosophical one modernization to a realistic technical one, shown through actual organization. Bureaucracy and weber rationalism are among the concrete dimensions that allowed this ideology to get out from its philosophical terms (categories ) to its real concepts. Though the Arab world has deeply dive in the modernization ideology, it has made the concrete spot to reap this modernization in its practical reality. And here lies arm of this communication to deliver the technical and practical dimension of this model which is considered as the axis of the modernization ideology in its economic and political target.
