This study suggested astrategy which integrates between the presentation of educational multimedia programming unit content via the website and the Face book in the implementation of learning activities associated with the unit, as well as an electronic discussions among students and providing support to the learner by the instructor through the pages of educational programming group and learner's personal page. This strategy is based on the principles of social constructivism. It is also centered on the learner, where you look at knowledge as public, and is created by the world around the learner. Thus the learner knowledge is formed by contact with his friends, teachers, community and the environment around him. In this strategy learning depended on Cooperative learning, The study sample consisted of 42 student (information systems Division of Cairo Higher Institute). The study resulted in the following: (a) There is a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of students in pre and post achievement test on the unit when it is presented through the suggested strategy for post-application, (b) There is a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of students in pre and post practical performance card on the unit when it is presented through the suggested strategy for the post-application.
