المستخلص: ذهب الكثير من رجال الفكر الإداري الحديث إلى أن القيادة هو جوهر العملية الإدارية وقلبها النابض، وأنها مفتاح الإدارة، وأن أهمية مكانتها ودورها نابع كونها تقوم بدور أساسي يسري في كل الجوانب العملية الإدارية، فتجعل الإدارة أكثر ديناميكية وفاعلية، وتعمل كأداة محركة لها لتحقيق أهدافها، وأصبحت القيادة المعيار الذي يحدد على ضوئه أي تنظيم إداري، ومن هذا جعل علماء الاجتماع والنفس والتسيير من القيادة موضوعا رئيسيا في دراستهم، وأصبح يحتل جزءا بارزا من أعمالهم.
كما أن من بين الأسباب الأساسية لنجاح القيادة الإدارية وفاعليتها هو فاعلية الاتصال التنظيمي لديها، وهذا يعتمد بدوره على ما يتمتع به المدير والقائد من سمات شخصية وقدرات ومهارات، فقد اتجهت الكثير من الجهود في الفكر الإداري لتحديد خصائص القيادة الإدارية الناجحة، ووضع معايير ثابتة يمكن على أساسها اختيار القادرة الإداريين على أداء دورهم بكفاءة ومن أهمها الاتصال التنظيمي.

Nombreux sont les administrateurs qui ont décrit le leadership étant le noyan du bon fonctionnement de l’administration et la clé de sa réussite‚ et que sont importance relève de sont attachement directe avec toutes en les opérations administratives toutes en les rendant dynamiques et efficaces‚ et que le leadership est devenu le critère sur lequel ils se basent pour définir l’efficience de l’opération gestion‚ ce qui a pousser les sociologues‚ les psychologues et les managers pour prendre le‚ «leadership» comme thème principal dans leurs recherches

Many of the men of modern management thought went on to say that leadership is the essence and heart of the administrative process, it is the key to management, and that the importance of its position and its role stems from its being a fundamental role, that applies in all aspects of the administrative process, making management more dynamic and effective. It serves as a driving force to achieve its objectives, and leadership has become the norm against which any administrative organization is determined, such as that sociologists, psychologists and administrators have made leadership a central theme in their study, and it has become a prominent part of their work.
One of the main reasons for the success and effectiveness of the administrative leadership is the effectiveness of organizational communication. This depends on the personal qualities, abilities and skills of the manager and leader. There has been a lot of effort in management thought to define the characteristics of successful administrative leadership, the basis of which capable managers can be chosen to perform their role efficiently, the most important of which is organizational communication.
