المستخلص: This article aims to highlight the dimensions of the path of information in the economic institution from its source to its future in an attempt to demonstrate the nature of the flow of formal and informal communication in the organization to translate its work. This is through the communication of orders and the transfer of decisions of all kinds and obstacles faced by them from the perspective of administrative and scientific theories to highlight the most important impact on the parties of the communication process in the organization, which is the withholding of information from the other.

Cette article s’intéresse à appréhender la réalité des démontion de la communication
organisationnel dans l’entreprise économique De sa source à son récépteur, en essayant de mettre en évidence la nature du processus de communication formelle et non formelle dans l'organisation afin de refléter ses travaux, dans le rapport de transfert des ordres et les décisions de toutes sortes et les contraintes rencontrées sur la base du contexte de la théorie administrative et organisationnel.pour mettre les influences les plus importantes à la périphérie de processus de communication de la rétention d’information à propos de l’autre.


يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أبعاد مسار المعلومة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من مصدرها إلى مستقبلها محاولين تبيان طبيعة تدفق الاتصال الرسمي والغير الرسمي في التنظيم لتجسيد عملها، وذلك من خلال تبليغ الأوامر ونقل القرارات بكل أنواعها والمعوقات التي تواجهها من منظور النظريات الإدارية والعلمية لإبراز أهم ما يؤثر على أطراف العملية لإبراز أهم ما يؤثر على أطراف العملية الاتصالية في التنظيم والمتمثل في حجب المعلومة عن الآخر.
