|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الكفاءة المهنية وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح والخوف من التقييم السلبي لدى الطالب المعلم، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 128 طالبة جامعية، طبق عليهم المقاييس التالية: مقياس الكفاءة المهنية، ومقياس الطموح، واختبار الخوف من التقييم السلبي، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات المتفوقات وغير المتفوقات في الكفاءة المهنية ومستوى الطموح، في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين المجموعتين في الخوف من التقييم السلبي، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الكفاءة المهنية ومستوى الطموح، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين الكفاءة المهنية والخوف من التقييم السلبي، ودلت النتائج كذلك على إمكانية التنبؤ بالكفاءة المهنية من خلال مستوى الطموح.

|b The present study aimed to reveal the relationship between professional efficacy, level of aspiration and fear of negative evaluation among academic gifted and non-gifted students teachers. The sample of the study consisted of 128 university students. Using the following scales: professional efficacy scale, ambition scale, and of the fear of negative evaluation scale. The finding showed that significant differences between gifted and non-gifted students in professional efficacy and level of ambition, while no significant differences between the two groups in fear of negative evaluation. There is a positive significant correlation between professional efficacy and level of ambition, while negative significant correlation was found between professional efficacy and the fear of negative evaluation. The results also indicated on the predictability of professional efficacy through the level of aspiration.
