هدفت الدراسة إلى تشخيص جوانب القوة والضعف في برنامج الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة حائل في ضوء معايير الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في شطر البنين بجامعة حائل، والبلاغ عددهم (760) عضوا، وجميع طلاب جامعة حائل في شطر البنين المنتظمين في مرحلة البكالوريوس والبالغ عددهم (8899) طالبا للعام الجامعي 1435/1436ه. ولأغراض الدراسة تم اختيار ما يمثل (10%) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب بطريقة عشوائية طبقية يتوزعون على مسارات الجامعة الرئيسة: (المسار الإنساني، المسار الصحي، المسار العلمي)، فبلغ عدد أعضاء هيئة التدريس عينة الدراسة (76) عضوا، أما بالنسبة للطلاب فقد تم الاقتصار على المتوقع تخرجهم، نظرا لاكتمال خبرتهم الدراسية، كونهم امضوا ما يزيد عن ثلاث سنوات دراسية، وأصبح لديهم خبرة يستفاد منها في رصد نقاط القوة والضعف في برنامج الإرشاد الأكاديمي، والبالغ عددهم (835) طالبا يتوقع تخرجهم نهاية العام الجامعي 1435/1436ه، وقد تم اختيار (10%) منهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، موزعين على مسارات الجامعة الرئيسية (المسار الإنساني، المسار الصحي، المسار العلمي)، فبلغ عدد الطلاب عينة الدراسة (84) طالبا. \ وقد تم حساب معامل الثبات، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات الكلي للأداة (0.92) وهو معامل ثبات مرتفع ومناسب لأغراض الدراسة الحالية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: \ اختلاف أعضاء هيئة التدريس مع الطلاب في تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف لبرنامج الإرشاد الأكاديمي؛ إذ يرى الطلاب أن نسبة نقاط الضعف تمثل (60%) بينما يرى أعضاء هيئة التدريس أنها تمثل (13.3%). ويرى الطلاب أن نسبة نقاط القوة تمثل (33.3%)، بينما يرى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأنها تمثل (86.7%). وفي نهاية الدراسة قدمت عدد من التوصيات. \ \
The study aimed to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the Academic Guidance Program at the University of Hail program in the light of the National Authority for Assessment and Accreditation Standards from the viewpoint of faculty members and students. The study population consisted of all faculty members at the University boys section amounting (760) members, all students at the University of Hail boys section, bachelor degree, totaling (8899) students during the academic year 2014/2015. For the purposes of the study we selected a number representing 10% of the faculty and students randomly distributed on the main university tracks: (humanitarian track, health path, scientific track), bringing the number of faculty members in the study sample (76) members. For the students, the number was limited to those expected to graduate, due to the completion of their study experience, as they spent more than three years of study, and now they have a learning experience that is useful in the monitoring of the strengths and weaknesses of the academic guidance program, totaling (835) students who are expected to graduate by the end of the academic year 2014/2015. (10%) of them were randomly selected and distributed on the main University tracks (humanitarian track, health track, scientific track), bringing the number of students in the study sample (84) students. \ The reliability coefficient has been calculated, where the overall reliability coefficient of the study tool was (0,92) which is a high stability rate and suitable for the purposes of the present study. The study concluded several results, including: \ The faculty members are different from students in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the Academic Guidance Program; the students see that the percentage of weaknesses represent (60%), while the faculty members believe that the weaknesses represent (13.3%). The students see that the percentage of the strengths represented (33.3%), while the faculty members believe that they represent (86.7%). At the end of the study, a number of recommendations have been submitted. \ \
