المستخلص: This study was conducted for fee purpose of Introducing and identifying E-Portfolios and their role in facilitating the administrative and educational tasks of the Faculty of Education in KSU. The research questions were answered through surveys distributed among faculty members, where the number of respondents reached (110). Results have shown similarities in the respondents' answers regarding the use of printed portfolios. Most respondents agreed in terms of the challenges they face daring the preparation of printed and paper-based portfolios. In addition, The results concerning the faculty's opinions on the matter demonstrated approval towards the use of E-Portfolios over traditional paper-form ones.\ E-Portfolios played a major role as one of the applications of E- Administration in the enhancement of the administrative tasks assigned to faculty members, as shown in relevant literature.\ Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations are to be considered:\ 1.\ The necessity of increasing meaningful and effective activities throughout the university aiming to introduce E- Portfolios and familiarize faculty members with its nature, uses, applications and its relation to Quality.\ 2.\ Conducting training courses targeted at faculty members in order to train them on implementing the requirements of quality management systems and E-Portfolios prior to real application.\ 3.\ Preparing a detailed guide for implementing a quality management system on the faculty members through the use of E-Portfolios along with consistent update whenever needed.\ 4.\ Conducting studies for the purpose of identifying the views of the university's administration staff in comparison with the views of the faculty members upon the application of E- Portfolios.\ 5.\ Conducting studies for the purpose of identifying the views of other external faculties in both public and private universities and compare the findings regarding the role of E-Portfolios in facilitating the administrative tasks in various higher education institutions across The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على ملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية ودورها في تجويد المهام الإدارية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، وقد تمت الإجابة على معظم أسئلة الدراسة من خلال الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (110) عضواً، وقد أظهرت النتائج اتفاق أغلب أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول واقع استخدام ملفات الإنجاز الورقية. كما اتفق معظم أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس على أن هناك تحديات تواجههم خلال إعداد ملفات الإنجاز الورقية. وأيضاً تساوت آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بشكل عام على تأييد التحول من ملفات الإنجاز الورقي إلى ملفات الإنجاز الإلكتروني. كما أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة تكثيف النشاطات الجامعية الهادفة لنشر ثقافة ملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية وارتباطها بالجودة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة، وعقد برامج تدريبية لسائر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة لتدريبهم على تطبيق متطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة وملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية قبل البدء بتطبيقه على أرض الواقع. وأن تقوم الجامعة بإعداد دليل تفصيلي لتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة عن طريق ملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية على جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتحديث عليه كلما استدعت الحاجة.
