|b The study aims to verify the factor analysis of the attitude towards risk and It’s relationship to creative thinking for the Palestinian university students, and to achieve this aim, correlative method was used, questionnaire of attitude towards risk was used prepaid by researchers and Torrance questionnaire for creative thinking, translated by Sayed Khair allah, 1981, applied on a sample of Palestinian university students , it amounted to (600) students, with an average age of 20.082 years and a standard deviation of 0.391,It was the use of exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis to check the attitude measure of validity of towards risk has also been checking the reliability of the two scales by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retail midterm, and through the results of validity and reliability show that the scales have enjoyed validity and reliability good for application on the Palestinian environment, and it was research and there results causal impact of the attitude towards an independent risk factor on creative thinking as a continued and the presence of good signs of a good matching between the proposed theoretical model and the data sample.

|a هدفت الدراسة للتحقق من الصدق العاملي للاتجاه نحو المخاطرة وعلاقته بالتفكير الابتكاري لدى طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم المنهج الارتباطي، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس الاتجاه نحو المخاطرة من إعداد الباحثين واختبار تورانس للتفكير الابتكاري، ترجمة سيد خير الله 1981، على عينة من طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية، بلغت (600) طالب وطالبة، بمتوسط عمر 20.082 عام وانحراف معياري 0.391، وتم استخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي للتحقق من صدق مقياس الاتجاه نحو المخاطرة، كما تم التحقق من ثبات المقياسين بطريقتي ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية، ومن خلال نتائج الصدق والثبات تبين أن المقياسين يتمتعان بصدق وثبات يجعلاهما صالحين للتطبيق على البيئة الفلسطينية، وكان من نتائج البحث وجود تأثير سببي من الاتجاه نحو المخاطرة كعامل مستقل على التفكير الابتكاري كعامل تابع ووجود مؤشرات حسن مطابقة جيدة بين النموذج النظري المقترح وبيانات أفراد العينة.
