|e طبقا لذلك فإن معظم الأنظمة الدستورية التي اتجهت إلى توسيع دور السلطة التشريعية في مجال مسائلة شاغلي الوظيفة التنفيذية جنائيا، وذلك عما وقع منهم من جرائم اثناء أداء وظائفهم، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن هذا الاختصاص قد يجسد في ضوء اتساع دورها بمجال الاتهام، حيث انها تختص بتوجيههم بصورة حصرية في بعض الأنظمة الدستورية، اما التحقيق فتختص اللجان البرلمانية في مهمة التحقيق مع أعضاء السلطة التنفيذية بعد ان توجه الاتهام لهم، ويختلف دور السلطة التشريعية في المحكمة في بعض الأنظمة الدستورية، فبعضا منها تجعله اختصاصا حصريا لها في حين تشرك بعضا منها السلطة القضائية مع اختلاف درجة التأثير بينهما لصالح إحدى السلطتين، وينتج عن منح السلطة التشريعية تلك الاختصاصات هيمنها على بقية السلطات عبر منحها اختصاص قضائي يتمثل في الاتهام والتحقيق والمحاكمة لأعضاء هيئة تشريعية أخرى، ويعد موضوع السلطة التشريعية في المسائل الجنائية لأعضاء السلطة التنفيذية من الموضوعات الهامة لما يثيره من إشكاليات سواء المجال النظري والعملي، وكما في الآتي: الموضوع الأول: دور السلطة التشريعية في المسائلة الجنائية لرئيس الدولة ونوابه. الموضوع الثاني: دور السلطة التشريعية في المسائلة الجنائية لرئيس الوزراء ونوابه. ويختم الحدث بالنتائج التي توصلنا لها والتوصيات التي نقترحها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
