|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم السمات التي تتميز بها السنة التحضيرية في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية:\n1-\tما الرؤى الفلسفية التي تتبناها السنة التحضيرية في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية؟\n2-\tما الإجراءات التنظيمية التي تقوم بها السنة التحضيرية في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية؟\n3-\tما الأدوات التنفيذية التي تستخدمها السنة التحضيرية في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية؟\n4-\tما تصورات الإدارة العليا في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية حول الرؤى الفلسفية والإجراءات التنظيمية والأدوات التنفيذية المتعلقة بالسنة التحضيرية؟\n5-\tما تصورات طلبة السنة التحضيرية في الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية حول الرؤى الفلسفية والإجراءات التنظيمية والأدوات التنفيذية المتعلقة بالسنة التحضيرية؟\nتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من الإدارة العليا للجامعة وطلبة السنة التحضيرية للعام الدراسي 1434/ 1435 بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من 12 فردا من الإدارة العليا للجامعة و436 طالبا وطالبة.\nصمم الباحث استبانتين للتعرف على تصورات عينة الدراسة واحدة للإدارة العليا وأخرى للطلبة، وقد تم التأكد من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما. واستخدم الباحث منهجا مزيجا من المنهج النوعي للإجابة عن الأسئلة الثلاث الأولى والمنهج الكمي الوصفي المسحي للإجابة عن السؤال الرابع والخامس.\nتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرؤى الفلسفية للسنة التحضيرية تتلخص فيما يلي: الطموح العالي والسعي للوصول إلى أفضل المستويات على صعيد أداء الطلبة وأداء العمادة. وتيسير قبول الطلبة والتخفيف من المعايير التي تحد من التحاق الطلبة بالدراسة الجامعية، ويقابل ذلك حرص شديد على التمسك بالمعايير المقبولة للتخرج. وكذلك النظر للطالب من جميع الزوايا والحرص على تلبية جميع حاجاته المتعلقة بالدراسة الجامعية.\nأما الإجراءات التنظيمية فأهمها تمتع العمادة بهيكل تنظيمي متكامل وتصميم اللوائح والقوانين والنماذج لضبط العمل وتنظيمه بالإضافة إلى تدريب كوادر العمادة وتطوير أدائهم، أما بالنسبة للأدوات التنفيذية فأهمها منسقوا المقررات والمدرسون ومنسوبو العمادة بالإضافة للهيئات والمتخصصين الذين تتعاقد معهم العمادة لتنفيذ بعض المهام. وقد كانت تصورات الإدارة العليا والطلبة بمجملها إيجابية وتتوافق مع ما وصل إليه البحث من نتائج سابقة.\nأوصى الباحث بتتبع النقاط التي حازت على درجات منخفضة في استجابات عينة الدراسة ومعالجتها. وذلك من خلال التأكيد على أهمية التواصل وتنويع وسائله، وزيادة الدورات المتعلقة بأنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني وزيادة الاهتمام بالطلبة المتعثرين.

|f This study aimed to identify the most important features of the preparatory year at the Saudi Electronic University, by answering the following questions:\n\n1 - What are the philosophical visions adopted by the preparatory year at the Saudi Electronic University?\n2 - What are the organizational procedures conducted by the preparatory year at the Saudi Electronic University?\n3 - What are the implementational tools used by the preparatory year in the Saudi Electronic University?\n4 - What are the perceptions of the senior management at the Saudi Electronic University concerning the philosophical visions, organizational procedures and implementational tools related to the preparatory year?\n5 - What are the perceptions of the students of the preparatory year at the Saudi Electronic University about the philosophical visions, organizational procedures and implementational tools related to the preparatory year?\n\nThe study community was represented by the senior management of the university and the students of the preparatory year for the academic year 1434/1435. The sample consisted of 12 individuals from the senior management of the university and 436 students.\n\nThe researcher designed two questionnaires to determine the perceptions of the study sample; one for senior management and one for students. The accuracy and consistency of the two tools were ascertained. The researcher used a combination of qualitative approaches to answer the first three questions and the quantitative and descriptive survey approach to answer the fourth and fifth questions.\n\nThe study concluded that the philosophical visions for the preparatory year are summarized as follows: High ambition/aspirations and striving to reach the best levels in the performance of students and the performance of the Deanship. The facilitation of student admission and reducing the criteria that limit students' enrolment in university studies; which is matched by a keenness to adhere to acceptable standards of graduation. That is in addition to regarding the student from all angles and making sure that all his needs related to university study are met.\n\nAs for the organizational procedures, then the most important of them is that the Deanship enjoys an integrated organizational structure and the design of regulations, laws and models to regulate and organize the work, in addition to training the Deanship cadres and developing their performance. As for the executive/implementation tools, then the most important are the course coordinators, teachers and staff affiliated to the Deanship, in addition to the bodies and specialists contracted by the Deanship to carry out some tasks.
