أن حاجة الإدارة إلى القادة الأكفاء من ذوي العلم والإبداع لا تكاد تعادلها حاجة؛ حيث ثبت بالتجربة أن إنتاجية الإدارة تتأثر ارتفاعاً وانخفاضا بنوعية القيادة التي تتولاها، ولذلك أصبح الإبداع يمثل أحد العوامل الرئيسة الواجب توافرها لدفع عجلة النجاح المؤسسي. ومن هنا أصبحت القيادة الإبداعية من أهم العوامل التي تقود المؤسسات أو المنظمات إلى امتلاك الميزة التنافسية، لاسيما وأنها تواجه تحديات ومشكلات شتى أفرزتها ظاهرة العولمة، مما كان له انعكاسات سلبية على محاولات التطوير في شتى المجالات ومنها المجال التربوي. ولمواجهة تلك التحديات والمشكلات كان لابد من الاهتمام بالعمل القيادي التربوي من خلال البحث في كيفية تحقيق الإبداع القيادي لدى قياداتنا التربوية استناداً إلى بحث ودراسة وتحليل ماهية القيادة الإبداعية التربوية، وسمات القائد المبدع، وأسس القيادة الإبداعية في كلا الفكرين الإداريين (الإسلامي، والمعاصر) وتحليل تلك العناصر ومقارنتها وصولاً إلى مقترحات تحقيق القيادة الإبداعية التربوية.
The need of administration knowledgeable efficient and creative leaders is matchless because it has been proved by experiments that the productivity and efficiency of administration is influenced up and down by the quality of leaders. Consequently, creativity has become one of prerequisite factors needed to motivate institutional success. Consequently, having creative leadership is one of the most important factors that lead institutions and organizations towards having the competitive advantages. These organizations face a variety of challenges and problems caused by the phenomenon of globalization, this has had negative on the innovation efforts and attempts in different fields including the educational one In order to face these problems and challenges, It was necessary to give educational leadership much care and attention via researching into how to help our educational leaders acquire creative leadership depending on a research, a study and an analysis of what creative leadership is, qualities of creative leaders, and bases of creative leadership in the Islamic and Cotemporary thought. These factors are analyzed and compared in order to reach possible recommendations and suggestions on how to achieve educational creative leadership.
