|a هدفت الدراسة إلى: تعرُّف أبعاد العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة، تعرُّف ملامح النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي، تحديد دور الجامعات في قيادة النظام الحلزوني الثلاثي، تحديد أهم عوامل نجاح العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة في ضوء النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة في ضوء النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي.\nاستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في معالجة الإطار النظري من حيث تعرُّف أبعاد العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة، ملامح النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي، دور الجامعات في نظام النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي، عوامل نجاح العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة في ضوء النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة في ضوء النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي.\nوقد قدمت الدراسة تصور مستقبلي لتفعيل العلاقة بين الجامعة والصناعة في ضوء النموذج الحلزوني الثلاثي؛ حيث تكون هذا التصور من خمسة محاور، على النحو الآتي:\n-\tالمحور الأول: ويتناول منطلقات فكرية للتصور المقترح: وفيه يعرض الباحث فلسفة التصور المقترح، وأهدافه، وأهميته.\n-\tالمحور الثاني: ويتناول مبررات التصور المقترح لتفعيل التعاون بين الجامعة والصناعة. \n-\tالمحور الثالث: ويتناول ملامح التصور المقترح.\n-\tالمحور الرابع: كيفية تطبيق التصور المقترح، وتتمثّل في: الإعداد لتطبيق التصور المقترح، وتطبيق التصور المقترح.\nالمحور الخامس: آليات ما بعد التطبيق وتتمثّل في: تقويم تطبيق التصور المقترح، وتبادل خبرات التطبيق.

|f The study aimed to: Identify the dimensions of the relationship between the university and industry, defining the features of the triple helix model, determine the role of universities in respect to leading the triple helix system, determine the most important factors related to the success of the relationship between the university and industry, in light of the triple helix model, from the point of view of faculty staff members, and to develop a proposed vision related to activating the relationship between the university and industry, in light of the triple helix model.\nThe study used the descriptive methodological approach to address the theoretical framework in terms of defining the dimensions of the relationship between the university and industry, the features of the triple helix model, the role of universities within the system of the triple helix model, the success factors of the relationship between the university and industry, in light of the triple helix model, from the point of view of the faculty staff members, and in relation to developing a proposed vision to activate the relationship between the university and industry, in light of the triple helix model.\nThe study presented a future vision for activating the relationship between the university and industry in light of the triple helix model. This vision consists of five axes, as follows:\n- The first axis: This deals with the intellectual bases of the proposed vision. In this the researcher presents the philosophy, objectives and importance of the proposed vision.\n- The second axis: It deals with the justifications of the proposed vision to activate cooperation between the university and industry.\n- The third axis: It deals with the features of the proposed vision.\n- The fourth axis: It deals with the manner of applying the proposed vision and this is manifested in: The preparation of the application of the proposed vision and the application of the proposed vision.\n- The fifth axis: The deals with the post-application mechanisms; the evaluation of the implementation of the proposed concept and the sharing or exchange of application experiences.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
