المستخلص: استهدف البحث التعرف على مدى رضا أولياء الأمور عن خدمات التدخل المبكر المقدمة لأطفالهم من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في مراكز التدخل المبكر الخاصة بمحافظتي جدة ومكة المكرمة، وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات المتعلقة بأولياء الأمور والطفل؛ وتكونت عينة البحث من (202) ولي أمر موزعين على (30) مركزا للتدخل المبكر بمحافظتي جدة ومكة المكرمة، طبقت عليهم استبانة من إعداد الباحثة لاستقصاء آرائهم في ضوء أسئلة الدراسة وأهدافها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التي استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستخلاصها أن أولياء الأمور أظهروا رضا عاليا عن خدمات التدخل المبكر المتعلقة بتدريب الطفل على المهارات الاجتماعية، ومعاملة فريق العمل له بكرامة واحترام، واستخدام فريق العمل لغة سهلة الفهم من قبل أولياء الأمور، ومحافظة الفريق على سرية المعلومات الخاصة بالطفل والأسرة، وإجادة العاملين في المركز التعامل مع الطفل، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الطفل على المهارات المعرفية والاستقلالية، ومناسبة أوقات عمل المركز للأسرة، وفي المقابل أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن رضا أولياء الأمور كان متدنيا لخدمات التدخل المبكر المتعلقة بقيام فريق العمل بزيارات منزلية للاطلاع على وضع الطفل، وإشراك أولياء الأمور في قرارات وتطوير سياسات المركز، ومساعدتهم في الحصول على مواعيد في المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة فحوصات الطفل الطبية والصحية بشكل دوري، وتدريب أولياء الأمور خلال الزيارات المنزلية على أنشطة تساعدهم في التعامل مع طفلهم وتلبية احتياجاته. ولم تكشف نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول مستوى رضاهم عن خدمات التدخل المبكر المقدمة لأطفالهم من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية تعزى لاختلاف جنس وعمر ولي الأمر، ودخله الشهري، وجنس الطفل وعمره، ومدة التحاقه بالمركز؛ في حين كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين أفراد عينة البحث الحاصلين على مؤهل بكالوريوس فأعلى، وأفراد العينة الحاصلين على مؤهل متوسط فأقل، وذلك لصالح أفراد العينة الحاصلين على مؤهل متوسط فأقل.

This study aims at identifying the level of parents’ satisfaction with the early intervention services given to their children with intellectual disability in the early intervention centers in Jeddah and Makkah governances and their relationship with some variables related to parents and the child. The sample of the study consisted of 202 parent distributed on 30 early intervention centers in Jeddah and Makkah. A survey that is based on the questions and purpose of the study was prepared by the researcher and given to the subjects of the study. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. Its results showed that parents were highly satisfied with the early intervention services in relation to training the child on social skills, the treatment of the work team with dignity and respect and their use of a language with the parents that is easily understood by the parents and their keeping of the confidentiality of children and family information, how good they are at dealing with the child, in addition to training the child on cognitive skills and independence, and the appropriateness of the centre opening and working hours for the family. The study showed that their satisfaction was low in relation to the early intervention services that have to do with home visits by the work teams to follow up the children’s situation, involving parents in decision making and developing the centres policies and helping them get hospital and medical centers services in addition to reviewing the child’s medical check-ups regularly, training the parents through home visits on activities that would help them deal with their children and meeting their needs. The study did not show any statistical differences between responses of the study sample subjects and their level of satisfaction on the early intervention services offered to their children with intellectual disability related to the sex and age of the parent and his annual income, the sex and the age of the child and the duration of enrollment in the centre. The study showed significant differences (P=0.05) between the subjects of the sample of the study with a bachelor degree or higher, and those with a Intermediate degree or less in favor for the latter.
