يمتاز العصر الذي نعيشه بالتقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في جميع المجالات، الأمر الذي يدعو إلى متابعة كل ما هو جديد في جميع مجالات المعرفة والعلوم، ولما كانت طرق الحصول على المعرفة كثيرة ومتعددة، أصبحت المشكلة ليس الحصول على المعرفة بقدر ما هي تحديد المعرفة المناسبة وغير المناسبة. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مفهوم التربية القانونية وتعريفها وأهدافها وأسباب الاهتمام بها في مجال مناهج وطرق تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية وطرق تضمينها في المناهج الفلسطينية والتعرف على أهم خصائص البرنامج الفعال في التربية القانونية وتحديد أهم أساليب التدريس التي يمكن استخدامها في تعليم التربية القانونية وكذلك الحال التعرف على إجراءات التقويم ومواصفات معلم التربية القانونية والشروط الواجب توافرها عن تطبيق براج التربية القانونية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعليم التربية القانونية في جميع مراحل التعليم وتحليل كتب ومناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء أهداف التربية القانونية على الوعي القانوني لدى طلبة المدارس.

The study recommended that teaching of law related education at all levels of education and analysis of books and social studies curriculum in the light of the objectives of law related education and recognition level of legal awareness among students Schools.
