|a تعتبر السباحة إحدى فروع الرياضات المائية بل هي الأساس لجميع أنواع الرياضات المائية بكليات التربية الرياضية بهدف تعليم الطلاب والطالبات طرق السباحة المختلفة والتي تختلف من مقرر إلى أخر وفقاً للسنوات الدراسية داخل الكلية أن استراتيجية التدريس "Teaching Strategy" أكثر عمومية وأشمل لأنها تتمثل في مجموعة الأفعال في تتابع مخطط من التحركات بهدف تحديد أهداف تربوية تتسم بالشمول النسبي ويمكن تحقيق أفضل نتيجة تعلم ممكن، ومن أبرز الاستراتيجيات التي تعتمد على الفلسفة البنائية نموذج التعلم البنائي وهذا ما دفع الباحثة إلى القيام بهذه الدراسة في محاولة منها للتعرف على تأثير استخدام نموذج التعلم البنائي على تعليم وتدريب ورفع مستوى الأداء المهاري للمهارات المقررة على طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية للبنات بالقاهرة واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي باستخدام مجموعتين أحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة بأسلوب القياس البعدي واشتملت عينة البحث على طالبات الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية الرياضية بالجزيرة للعام الجامعي 2014 – 2015 وعددهن (40) طالبة وكانت من أهم النتائج الاختبار المعرفي في سباحة التوقيعية بلغ عدد محاوره (3) محاور تتكون من (15) عبارة كما أن برنامج التعلم البنائي له تأثير إيجابي على الجانبين المعرفي والمهاري للسباحة التوقيعية مهارات النجمة الأولى.

|f Swimming is one of the branches of the water sports. It is, in fact, the basis for all types of water sports at the faculties of physical education in order to teach students both male and female different swimming methods, which vary from one course to another according to the academic years inside the college. The "Teaching Strategy" is more general and comprehensive because it consists of a set of actions in a planned sequence of moves to set educational goals that are relatively comprehensive and the best possible learning result can be achieved. One of the most prominent strategies based on structural philosophy is the constructivist learning model. This is what prompted the researcher to carry this study in an attempt to identify the impact of using the constructivist learning model on teaching, training and upgrading the skill performance of the skills that are part of the curricula of the students at the College of Sports Education for Girls in Cairo. The research sample included the third-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education in Al-Jazeera for the academic year 2014—2015, and they numbered (40) students (female). One of the most important results was the cognitive test in synchronized swimming. Its number of axes reached (3) axes consisting of (15) words. The constructive learning program also has a positive impact on the cognitive and skill sides of synchronized swimming, star 1 skills.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
