520		\|b Political crimes are crimes bearing a pure political character, and are not mixed with ordinary crimes. They bear distinguishe characters from other crimes. Those serious crimes are a cause of many tragedies and massacres, which occur in the Arab world in particular, and especially after the Arab spring. We recommended establishing an international organization as the ICC (International Criminal Court), in which it will implement international rules to be included in constitutions and legislations, as a preventive measure against international commission of criminal offenses.
