|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات ممارسة الإرشاد الأكاديمي في كليات جامعة الطائف ومقترحات مواجهتها من وجهة نظر المرشدين الأكاديميين، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداتها استبانة مكونة من (56) عبارة، طبقت على (39) مرشدًا أكاديميًا من المرشدين الأكاديميين في جامعة الطائف ، \nوأسفرت عن النتائج الرئيسة التالية: درجة معوقات ممارسة الإرشاد الأكاديمي في كليات جامعة الطائف من وجهة نظر المرشدين الأكاديميين كانت بنسبة قليلة حيث بلغت النسبة الكلية للمعوقات (49.37%) بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.20) وانحراف معياري قدره (862.)، وأن مقترحات مواجهة معوقات ممارسة الإرشاد الأكاديمي في كليات جامعة الطائف جاءت بنسبة متوسطة حيث بلغت (62.67%)، بمتوسط حسابي قدره( 3.13) وانحراف معياري قدره (934. 0) وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة قياس فاعلية الإرشاد الأكاديمي بشكل دوري، واستطلاع آراء المرشدين الأكاديميين وآراء المسترشدين من الطلاب حول الخدمات المقدمة لهم للتعرف على معوقات الإرشاد الأكاديمي ، والعمل على مواجهتها، وعلاجها.

|f The study aimed to identify obstacles related to the practice of academic guidance/counseling in the faculties of Taif University and proposals to confront them from the perspective of academic guidance counselors. The study utilized the descriptive analytical methodological approach, while its study tool was a questionnaire consisting of 56 phrases, applied to 39 academic guidance counselors from those at Taif University. The study reached the following main results:\nThe level of obstacles related to the practice of academic counseling in the faculties of Taif University from the perspective of academic guidance counselors represented a small percentage, as the total percentage of obstacles reached (49.37%) with an arithmetic average of 2.20 and a standard deviation of 0.862. they also showed that the proposals to address the obstacles, related to the practice of academic counseling in the faculties of Taif University, came at an average level of 62.67%, with an arithmetic average of 3.13 and a standard deviation of 0.934.\nThe researcher recommended the need to measure the effectiveness of academic counseling periodically, to seek the opinions of the academic guidance counselors and the opinions of the student guidance counselors concerning the services provided to them, in order to identify the obstacles related to academic counseling, and then work to confront them and treat them.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
