المستخلص: Coca Cola Amatil is a growing company and expanding rapidly. The rapid growth created some issues in handling the growing business data and hence needed a new system to manage it. SAP (system application programming) is an ERP which is implemented in AMATIL to manage the large company’s database and manage the growing business and our team was part of the whole new system’s implementation process. This report will discuss the overall business model, analysis performed on the company, Project issues, deliverables and outcomes and in the end will give recommendations which can be implemented in the project in future to add some extra functionalities.
