المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى بناء وحدة تعليمية مقترحة في الاقتصاد المنزلي قائمة على تطبيقات النانو تكنولوجي, وقياس فعالية الوحدة المقترحة في إثراء الثقافة العلمية وتنمية إدراك مفهوم التغير لدى طالبات الصف الأول الثانوية وشملت أدوات البحث على اختبار الثقافة العلمية في الوحدة المقترحة ومقياس إدراك مفهوم التغير واقتصر المقياس على الأبعاد التالية (تقبل التغير – المشاركة في التغير – التكيف مع التغير – الربط بين التغير والتقدم), وتم تطبيق الوحدة المقترحة على عينة من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي بلغ عددهن (30 طالبة), وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الثقافة العلمية لصالح التطبيق البعدي, حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" "12.206" لاختبار الثقافة وهي قيمة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح التطبيق البعدي, وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس إدراك مفهوم التغير بمحاوره لصالح التطبيق البعدي, حيث بلغت قيمة "ت" تساوي "30.214" لمجموع مقياس إدراك التغير ككل, وهي قيمة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح التطبيق البعدي, وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية بين اختبار الثقافة العلمية ومحاور مقياس إدراك التغير عند مستوى دلالة 0.01, 0.05.

This research aims at structuring a proposed educational unit in Home Economics ,based on nanotechnology. It also aims at measuring the effectiveness of such a proposed unit in enriching the scientific culture and to develop understanding of the notion of change for female first grade students at the secondary level. The tools used in the research included the following dimensions( accepting , change , participating in change, coping with change and connecting change with progress). This proposed unit has been applied to 30 female students of first grade at a secondary school. The results of the study revealed that there are statistically proved individual differences between the two means of the students marks in the application of the pre¬test and the post- test about the scientific culture. These differences are on the side of the post-test in which the value of "T" reached "12,206” for the cultural test This value has a statistic indication at the level of 0,01 .This fact is also stands on the side of the results of post-test as well. There are also statistical differences in the mean of the students marks in the pre and the post-tests that measure the understanding of the notion of change . These differences also support the results of the post-test In which the value of "T" is "30,214" for the sum of measuring understanding change as whole. It is the value that has a statistical indication at the level of 0,01. There is a positive relation between the culture test and the axis of measure of understanding change at the level of 0,10 ,0,15.
