|a هدف البحث إلى بناء بيئة تعلم إلكترونية، لتنمية المفاهيم محركات بحث الويب غير المرئية لقواعد بيانات المكتبات الرقمية على الويب وأنظمة المعلومات المتكاملة لدى طلاب كلية التربية، وأيضا قياس فعاليتها في تنمية معتقدات الكفاءة الذاتية لديهم، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التجريبي للتحقق من صحة فروضة والإجابة على تساؤلاته، وأظهرت النتائج أن التعلم باستخدام بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التشاركي ذو فاعلية في تنمية التحصيل ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لديهم، ويرجع هذا إلى الأثر الفعال الذي أحدثته أدوات بيئة التعلم التشاركي (ECLE) في بناء المعرفة تشاركيا بين المتعلمين، وإتاحة الفرصة لهم للحوار والنقاش البناء من خلال تبادل الخبرات فيما بينهم، مما أسهم في تنمية المفاهيم المرتبطة بموضوع التعلم، حيث تم توفير مساحات تشاركيه متعددة، باستخدام أدوات (Web 2.0) لتكون مساحات لتناقش وتشارك المتعلمين

|b The research aims to build e-learning environment, for the development of concepts of Web search engines are not visible to the rules of digital library data on the web and integrated information to the students of the Faculty of Education regulations, and also to measure their effectiveness in the development of the beliefs of self-efficacy have, and research on the experimental method has been adopted to check Frodah health and the answer to his questions, and the results showed that learning using e-learning environment participatory is effective in the development of achievement and the level of self have efficiency, and this is due to the effective impact of the participatory learning environment tools (ECLE) in building a knowledge participatory among the educated, and give them the opportunity for dialogue and constructive debate through the exchange of experiences among themselves, thus contributing to the learning of concepts related to the topic of development, where they were to provide a multi-participatory spaces, using tools (Web 2.0) to be a space to discuss and engage learners.
