المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة رأي عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه في متعة الحج، وتكمن أهمية البحث في أنه قد وردت بعض الأحاديث عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه ينهى فيها عن التمتع في الحج، وجاء في ألفاظ بعض تلك الأحاديث أن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه توعد بالعقوبة لمن اعتمر في الحج، مع أنه قد ثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه حج قارنا، وكذا ثبت عن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم أنهم اعتمروا في الحج، ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة الصواب من رأي عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه في متعة الحج، وذلك من خلال دراسة الأحاديث الواردة عنه في ذلك، وتمييز المقبول منها من المردود، وفهمها الفهم الصحيح، وقد تبين أثناء البحث أن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه كان يحث الناس على إفراد الحج، وينهى عن العمرة في الحج، سواء أكان الحج تمتعا أو قرانا، نهي أفضلية لا نهي تحريم، وكان اجتهاد عمر في ذلك مبنيا على أمور رآها، وقد خالفه بعض الصحابة رضي الله عنهم في ذلك، وبعضهم أخذ برأي عمر رضي الله عنه، وتبين في البحث - أيضا - خطأ وشذوذ الألفاظ التي ورد فيها أن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه توعد بالعقوبة لمن اعتمر في الحج.

This research aims to study the view of Umar ibn al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) on the Hajj Tamatto. The importance of research is reflected by the fact that some narrations were reported from Omar bin al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) in which he prohibited undertaking Hajj Tamatto. It is revealed from some of the words of some of those narrations that Omar ibn al-Khattab (may Allaah be pleased with him) warned those who perform Omrah in Hajj, although it has been proved that the Prophet Mohamed performed Hajj Qiraan. Similarly, it has been proved that the companions of the Prophet Mohamed performed Omrah in Hajj. This research aims to know the right and correct judgment derived from the opinion of Omar bin al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) on Hajj Tamatto by studying the hadiths reported regarding this matter and to understand the acceptable stand on this matter distinguished from the rejected one. Those Hadiths were perceived very well in the right manner. It was clear during the research that “Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allaah be pleased with him) used to urge people to single out Hajj, and forbade” Umrah during Hajj whether it was Hajj Tamatto or Hajj Qiran. His intention was to urge them to go for the best which does not mean that performing Omrah in Hajj is prohibited. The jurisprudence of Omar (May Allah be pleased with him) on this matter was based on the situations he witnessed. Some of the companions of the prophet Mohamed (May Allah be pleased with him) disagreed with him on this while some of them approved and followed the view of 'Umar (May Allaah be pleased with him). It was also found in the research that there was an error and anomaly of words in which it was reported that Omar ibn al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) warned to punish those who perform Omrah in Hajj.
