المستخلص: This research aim to ensure young artists have access to the wife range of quality Culture Experiences essential to unlocking their talent and realizing their potential. Fostering Creativity is Fundamentally important because Creativity brings with it the ability to question, make connection, innovate, problem solve, communicate, collaborate and reflect critically. This are all 21st century skills and will be vital for young artist to play their part in rapidly changing world. This short review has highlighted approaches of preparing young artist for the future and upraise the differences of art Educationist opinions. That is how it should be a vibrant and successful future for the art in education must lie partly in effective support from policy makers but also in developing understanding and practice through continued debate and dialogue.
