This study aimed to identify the emotional and behavioral disorders at the mentally retarded who are able to learn, and study sample consisted of 60 disabled (30) mentally retarded children and 30 children autism. I have been using descriptive and analytical approach in this study. What was the use of comparative approach, but to study the disorders Alslukihand mentally retarded compared Baltouhdian to answer the questions of the study 1. What emotional and behavioral disorders among mentally retarded level? 2. Are there differences in the level of emotional and behavioral disorders due to the type of disability (mental retardation - autism)? 3. Are there differences in the level of emotional withdrawal due to the sex of the mentally retarded? The study found the following results: 1-The average temperature of the performance of the mentally retarded on the scale as a whole amounted to (27.43) 68.60 relative weight, and this shows that this middle-class. 2. The lack of differences in the level of emotional and behavioral disorders due to the type of disability (mental retardation - autism) 3. The existence of differences in the level of emotional withdrawal for the mentally retarded by sex in favor of females.
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاضطرابات الانفعالية والسلوكية عند المتخلفين عقلياً القابلين للتعلم. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) معاقاً (30) طفلاً متخلفاً عقلياً و(30) طفلاً توحدياً. وقد تم استخراج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة. وما كان استخدام المنهج المقارن إلا بهدف دراسة الاضطرابات السلوكية عند المتخلفين عقلياً مقارنة بالتوحديين للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة المتمثلة في: 1- ما مستوى الاضطرابات الانفعالية والسلوكية لدى المتخلفين عقلياً؟ 2- هل توجد فروق في مستوى الاضطرابات الانفعالية والسلوكية تعزى لنوع الإعاقة (التخلف العقلي – التوحد)؟ 3- هل توجد فروق في مستوى الانسحاب الانفعالي تعزى لجنس المتخلفين عقلياً؟ وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية : ان متوسط درجة اداء المتخلفين عقليا على المقياس ككل بلغ 27.43 بوزن نسبي 68.60 وهذا يدل على ان هذه الدرجة متوسطة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الاضطرابات الانفعالية والسلوكية تعزى لنوع الاعاقة (التخلف العقلي-التوحد) وجود فروق في مستوى الانسحاب الانفعالي للمتخلفين عقليا حسب الجنس لصالح الاناث
