هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على درجة معرفة المرشدين التربويين في محافظة البلقاء بجرائم الإنترنت من وجهة نظرهم ومعرفة ما إذا كان ذلك يختلف تبعا لمتغيرات: الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، إجادة استخدام الإنترنت، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثتان بتطوير استبانة بجرائم الإنترنت، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من (31) فقرة موزعة على جرائم الإنترنت، تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتها، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) مرشداً ومرشدة في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة البلقاء. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة معرفة المرشدين التربويين بجرائم الإنترنت كبيرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المعرفة بجرائم الإنترنت، تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح درجة الدكتوراه، وعدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة الخبرة عشر سنوات فأكثر، مع عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المعرفة تعزى لمتغير الجنس وإجادة استخدام الإنترنت، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات ذات العلاقة بالدراسة.
