هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الانتماء والرفاهية النفسية لدى المغتربين وأبنائهم، والكشف عن الفروق بين الآباء المغتربين وأبنائهم في الانتماء والرفاهية النفسية. وتحديد المتغيرات المنبئة بالانتماء. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من الطلاب المغتربين في المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية وآبائهم، شملت العينة خمس جنسيات عربية بلغ عددهم (89) طالباً وآباءهم. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الانتماء للمغتربين وأبنائهم من إعداد الباحثة يضم أربعة أبعاد هي (الهوية- الولاء- الالتزام- التواد)، كما استخدمت الدراسة مقياس رايف للرفاهية النفسية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقات ارتباطيه موجبة بين أبعاد الانتماء وأبعاد الرفاهية النفسية لدى المغتربين من الآباء وأبنائهم، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الآباء والأبناء في أي من أبعاد الانتماء أو الرفاهية النفسية، أوضحت النتائج وجود عاملين من بين عوامل الرفاهية النفسية تنبأ بالانتماء هما نمو الشخصية لدى الآباء المغتربين ومعنى الحياة لدى الأبناء. تقدم الدراسة توصيات لتعزيز الانتماء والرفاهية النفسية لدى المغتربين وأبنائهم.
The study aimed to determine the relationship between belonging and psychological well- being among expatriates and their sons, and the disclosure of the differences between parents and their sons in belonging and psychological well- being. Examination psychological variables predict belonging. The study was applied to a sample of expatriate students in middle school and high school and their parents. The sample included five Arab nationalities consisted (89) students and their parents. \ Tools applied to the sample after confirmation of validity and reliability (a measure of belonging to expatriates and their sons includes four dimensions (identity - Loyalty- commitment - plaisanterle), (b measure of the Raif psychologicalwell- being. \ The results indicated the existence of positive relationships correlation between the dimensions belonging and the dimensions of psychological well being of expatriates parents and their sons, as the results indicated that there was no statistically significant differences between parents and their sons in any of the dimensions belonging or psychological well being, the results showed There are two dimensions of psychological well- being predicted belonging (the personal growth of expatriate parents and the meaning, of life withsons). The study provides recommendations for strengthening of belonging and a psychological well- being with expatriates and their sons. \ \
