المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلي تعرف المشكلات السلوكية والانفعالية والتعليمية التي تواجه الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمين والشرفين، وفي ضوء متغيرات (الجنس وطبيعة العمل، ونوع البرنامج المدرسي). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (90) مشرفا ومعلما، موزعين على النحو الآتي، (38) مشرفاً، و(52) معلماً. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث استبانة من إعداده للكشف عن المشكلات السلوكية والانفعالية والتعليمية التي تواجه الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية، مكونة من(52) فقرة.
ولاستخراج النتائج، تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية للإجابة عن السؤال الأول، وللإجابة عن السؤال الثاني والثالث والرابع للدراسة تم استخدام اختبار (ت). وأظهرت النتائج أن أكثر المشكلات كانت المشكلات التعليمية والمشكلات الانفعالية بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت المشكلات السلوكية بدرجة قليلة، وأظهرت الدراسة أن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية، من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور في المشكلات السلوكية والانفعالية، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس، في المشكلات التعليمية، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من وجهة نظرا المعلمين والمشرفين، تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل (مشرف، معلم)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، تعزي لمتغير نوع البرنامج المدرسي (عزل، دمج) بين أفراد عينة الدراسة. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات.

The study aimed to identify the behavioral, emotional and educational problems facing students with visual disabilities in Qassim region from the point of view of teachers and honours, and in light of the variables (gender, nature of work, type of school program). The sample of the study consisted of (90) supervisors and teachers, distributed as follows, (38) supervisors and (52) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire prepared by him to detect behavioural, emotional and educational problems facing students with visual disabilities, consisting of (52) paragraphs.
To extract the results, arithmetic averages, standard deviations were used to answer the first question and to answer the second, third and fourth questions of the study a test (v) was used. The results showed that most problems were educational and emotional problems to a moderate degree. Behavioural problems came to a small degree. The study showed that there are significant differences from the point of view of teachers and supervisors due to the gender variable in favour of males in behavioural problems. The emotionality, the absence of differences due to the gender variable, in educational problems, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences from the point of view of teachers and supervisors, attributed to the variable nature of work (supervisor, teacher), and the absence of statistically significant differences, attributed to the variable type of school program (isolation, integration) between individuals of the Study sample. The study came up with several recommendations
